Nice people, love small town USA. Everything was simple and quick, pull in park to the right, read yellow sign instructions, tandem back, choke wheels, open door reefer off(in my case) they bring BOL and seal ya. Cat scale @mcclure oil about 2mile down the road. PS drivers no longer require to leave truck during loading. In my case in & out 1hour. Would definitely come back again.

This the 1st place Ive ever loaded or unloaded that provides a rolling reciprocal and a broom n shovel to sweep out ur trailer. FANTASTIC IDEA. MORE PLACES SHOULD USE THIS.

Strict with appointments cant come earlier than 30 minutes but loads pretty good about 1 hour

Call the number on the stop sign to check in. They were quick loading and got me out of there.

They check your appointment time before anything else and decide if to take you in or not if you are early. If they can’t work you in they will tell you to wait at the staging area which is right opposite the docks until your scheduled appointment time. Loaders are good and work fast. No overnight parking and also make sure your trailer is clean or they will reject.

They were nice and got me loaded up in a timely manner.

I did not receive the ideal delivery experience at this receiver.When I arrived at the location I went to the office at the location and when I entered the office a late-middle age woman was talking rudely to the drivers in the waiting room (which were all foreigners). I (in my perfect English) tried to gain her attention by saying excuse me (three times) before and after she close the sliding window on me.I waited patiently for five minutes for her to come back to the window and when she did I asked her if this is the receiving Office and she ignored me and started a conversation with someone else. After waiting 45 minutes she finally tells me it is the receiving Office. After confirming that it’s the right location I waited another hour just to be told to back my trailer to their office door and wait at the back of the trailer for someone to break the seal and tell me what dock to back into.I backed up to the door and waited 45 minutes (at the back of the trailer) for someone to come out and break the seal.In conclusion: I am a black man that is just doing my job. I should not have to put on my military veteran hat just to be treated differently than the foreigners that were patiently waiting. They and I should have had a non-confrontational experience. I was 30 minutes before my appointment time and I waited 2 hours and 45 after for a dock. They finished unloading the trailer 30 minutes before they closed for the day.

Shipping department and dock staff are fantastic. Was in and out of the facility in about 45 minutes

Loading time could be anywhere from one hour to four. It all depends on how busy they are. Professional and friendly......./ but after going there twice in the afternoon I must correct myself and say that lady working second shift in the shipping department is ruining the positive image I have about Bunge. Arrogant and disrespectful.

What I like about this place is they have designated place for trucks to park as long as the drivers dont block it, they have a bin to sweep out their drivers it seems like a lot of drivers missed their appointments there is a great Mexican restaurant close by. Want I dont like is you cant be in your truck while loading.

The load I picked up was dry freight bean cracks for making vegetable oil ... who knew and everyone is nice and it didnt take long to load at all.

Fast loading. No overnight parking. Loading or unloading time driver are not allowed in truck. Driver must be in driver lounge

Good people great in out time delivery

Arrived 2hrs b4 appt time and was assigned a door though they did start loading till appt time,make sure to have correct p/u #s. And yes you must be in driver lounge to be loaded.

OTR, pick up. Came few hrs before app time, parked in staging area across office. Went ate at Mexican restaurant then loaded with in an hr. Negative is that have to sit in break room. Otherwise good place
