Customer service has gone down. We were the only ones in the store at the time, and the young man that came to help us was very hasty, rude, and short with us when we asked questions. Us being there was as if we were wasting HIS time. It wasnt even 10 minutes. We were not rude nor were we loud. He wouldnt give us a price estimate on an item, saying the price depends on the make and quality of the jewelry. The item was in front of him to look at, but couldnt bother to take a look at it or call someone over to help. He told us to go elsewhere. Too bad.Another customer walked into the store and a woman came out to help them. The man eventually left the building. We received better help from the woman.

I can see why you guys have 3.7 stars, my wife bought me a gift from this location and the gentleman who sold her the gift told her if your husband didnt like the gift you can return it, we werent planning on returning anything, so my wife went to the store to see something diffrent and did not like the jewelry they have then the same guy who sold her the gift said, we are receiving new shipment tomorrow, so we called next day and they said come tomorrow and see the new jewelry that we have, my wife just left from there and told me the lady was so rude to her. And was telling her why dont return anything and called her boss/mom or something and was yelling at her for telling us that we can return the product, stay away from this store. Very disappointed

Very dishonest people. Over charged by hundreds of dollars. Sell gold without weighing it and when asked to weigh it in front of you, they get upset! Very rude as well! I honestly don’t know how they’re still open. Do not waste your time there

So went in asked how much is a gram of gold for the lady said 65$ a gram so I like a necklace and she took it went and came back saying it’s for 1,110 I was like ok so it’s like 16 or 17 grams went home weighed it and only 13 grams so now I’m confused what’s the extra 245$ for and the funny thing is she said I didn’t make u pay taxes not going there ever again

My mother has been NJ Diamonds customer for over 20 years. I can’t press the fact enough how wonderful of a man the owner is. So professional so affordable for all your needs. Now that I have grown up I personally come and purchase what I need for my wife daughter and so forth. I recommend this place to everyone cause with this jewelry you purchase your purchasing the best. If I can give 20 stars I would.

This store just gave me the lesson of my life. I took my two daughters to get them some gold, and nesrine ripped me off she sold me a necklace a bracelet and two rings for my 2 young daughters for 1700 without weighting the gold and see how many grams. I felt that I paid too much, the next day I got several appraisals and I found out that nisrene over charged me 600 dollars when I went to her to try to resolve the issue she started to scream and she refused to make it a fair deal this person is not honest and she doesn’t fear God I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Very 👎 they charged me 1700$ for 2 pieces of gold its not even worth 500$ stay away from this store, never going there again.

NJ Diamonds was great at helping us select a unique engagement ring last year. As the ring could be a wedding ring or engagement ring, we needed to have the actual wedding band designed and made to fit it. I had the most wonderful shopping experience Ive ever had at this store. For several months Ive been shopping for a diamond engagement ring Ive been talked down to at other stores. In every store we shopped at they always tried to sell us something more expensive way over what we could afford. Many stores told us we could apply for financing this wasnt an option for us. Not at this store they totally stayed in our budget didnt try to sell us anything more and didnt push us to finance anything. I worked with the staff at N.J. Diamonds to make my diamond engagement ring. They knew just what I wanted and worked with me to achieve the design I was looking for. I couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable staff to have worked with. The GIA diamond I bought for my engagement ring was just what I was looking for and they didnt try to up sale me. They brought in 3 diamonds that were with-in my price range and I decided what diamond would be the best for me. I worked with them for more then a week they were more than accommodating and very kind.

Honestly, I was shocked at how horrible this place was. I went in with my mother and as soon as we walked in, the lady that works there was being rude and uninviting. Any questions we asked her, she responded in such an aggressive manner. Also, we were willing to give this place a shot even though the inside of it was not appealing at all. Very run down and all the jewelry is unorganized. Also, they charge 2x as much as other jewelers I have visited. As soon as my mother and I walked out, we agreed we would never recommend or visit this place again. Very poor service!

Went to stop by because i hear they off good money for gold, when i got in i heard of the employees YELLING AT A CUSTOMER! The customer was very upset because he got shorted on the jewelry they sold for him. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY!

I just had the most amazing experience at N.J.Diamonds. I brought in my wedding ring and band. I had a vision of what I wanted my ring to look like. They delivered exactly what I wanted. The jeweler was extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease with the entire custom process. The attention to detail is unmatched. We looked at a number of different jewelers, and by far the customer service, quality of products, and overall experience we had was here was phenomenal, definitely the best around. We worked specifically Zohair who helped me design the most beautiful ring I could ever imagine, and they made the whole experience so fun. I really think they were as excited as I was about the ring! I would never go anywhere but N.J. in the future.

Rude and terrible service. Never going there again. They make a mistake on your JEWELRY and they blame you. Then when you ask them to fix it. They charge 5 times the rate of any other diamond store. The ring we had bought was loose and the dimond fell of the next day. When we the store about it, we were to blame and this review was posted 3 years ago and you just reply now. Awesome service 😐
