The staff was super friendly and was very helpful with my job needs! I was a bit worried because of the previous comments but the new staff were so polite and really put in a lot of effort to get me what I needed. Love the new management!

The Manager of the Dearborn office Keith is the most disgusting and disrespectful person you will ever meet. Hes a Liar, Thief and will steal your hard earned money. When its time to get paid and you dont get your check he will tell you that he doesnt control the post office and he wont cut you a new check till after a month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND FROM KEITH.

This is a very unprofessional agency. They never have jobs. Ive been called a couple times about a job by Keith and they never manifested. Like why call and ask me if I want to work then I follow up. His favorite line is Im waiting for them to get back with me. Several months here and no job. Told them to terminate my application what a waste!

The employee in this office named Keith by far one of the most disrespectful people I meet. He talks to people as if they are beneath him. I was sitting and I could see how he treats people walking in and asking questions and its horrible. How can the owner hire a employee like the kind of this guy Keith. It was eventually my turn to meet him after I waited for a while and he was rude as can be. I will definitely report it to headquarters and follow through until Keith is removed from his position. They are definitely doing something illegal as far as the Ford autoport contract. If anyone has this kind of problem contact me so we can see if we can take legal actions against this corrupt office or at the very least have headquarters get rid of the worst customer service agent I have ever met their employee Keith.

Jalissa (however her name is spelled) is probably thee MOST apathetic, snippy, and RUDE woman I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Her male Counter-part assumably or supervisor is WORSE. Do NOT go to this express or ANY OTHER, they have jobs but treat you like a criminal or like you’re problematic for needing work. They have NO compassion, nor care for personal needs, I was told just today that I couldn’t reschedule my drug screening even though I’m physically in the Dr. right now, and am able to provide full documentation. Jalissa also LIED and told me I could come in to finish my drug screening at “any time before 3 pm” yesterday I came all the way to dearborn from Detroit, only to be told no upon arrival. I suggest NEVER working for this company or any of its related locations! They will all give you the same kind of treatment if not worse!!!

Do not sign up for the porter position with Express Pros. They basically have a contract with Ford or whatever to supply porters. Express won this contract by under bidding. To fulfill the contract they have with ford to supply porters Express pros actually need to hire 100-150ppl with clean driving records and decent backgrounds. However because this is Michigan and alot of folks have some points on their license, a DUI or previous suspension Express Pros only hires 50-80ppl. To cover all shifts and make sure they comply with the contract they have with Ford they require those 50-80ppl to work 12 shifts or more for 7 days/week for $10-11/hr. Keep in mind these guys may ask you to stay longer than the 12hr. shift your required to work. They are definitely violating some labor laws here. Even if they hire porters as independent contractors. This is basically slave labor. They never hire anybody in for these positions they are all temporary until Ford is done with the build. The recruiter over at Express Employment Professionals Dearborn that has this ford account name is Keith. Stay away from this guy completely rude and expects you to work 7days a week for $10-11hr. 12 hour shifts or more.

Very upset with wasting my time driving all the way to the office to take a drug test and interview just to not have a job available. Also did an on boarding for what? Still no job been almost 2 weeks.
