I came here to transfer my broken computers hard drive into a new laptop. The staff were very knowledgeable and honest. He answered any questions I had and gave great advice. Clean store, service was quick. All around would recommend.

My son broke his laptop and I took it to several different stores and no one could fix it. I brought it to Micro Computers they fixed my sons laptop with no problem. They were fast, affordable, friendly and very professional. They explained to me exactly what they had to do and even showed me my old parts, I will definitely be telling people about this store and those that work here. Truly a blessing and did an amazing job!

Yesterday I went to Micro Computers for a small but important missing part for my computer. The repair technician could have given me a song and dance and blown me off because I had never been their customer before yesterday. Instead, he helped me locate the part and I can assure you he did not make any profit helping me with my problem. I really appreciated how nice everyone was in the store and impressed with the quality of hardware on their sales floor. Soon, it will come time for me to buy a new computer and when I do I will start by shopping at Micro Computers. Great service definitely has an important value that goes above and beyond just the price. I find the Big Box stores might have friendly people but the turnover and depth of talent is often lacking. Upgraded my hard drive, got a problem that wasnt there before. Took it back 1 month later for the new problem after getting my new hard drive installed, they fixed it at no charge. Both times I got my laptop back the same day but had to drop it off early. Customer service was just fine, nobody was rude and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Prices are fair I say for a small computer shop. I would recommend and will be back myself. Thank you to all the staff 😊

I never leave reviews but Im making an exception. I went in for a same day computer screen repair/replacement and I was impressed by their professionalism and ease of business. The price for repair was very reasonable and they were finished in an hour. I have 0 complaints.

Came in for a simple pc screen repair.Just KNOW that the STARTING PRICE ranges from $125-$150 depending if the screen is touchscreen or not.Over the phone I was told $125. When I got there I was charged $150 for the complete repair.

I had my laptop suddenly stop working and it had improtant file that i am working on it.i was afraid to loose these file or Cost of repairing will be as new one. He fix my laptop and he restore my all files that i was afraid to loose all that with reasonable price. I wanted to replace the fan of my dell laptop. While I got a good quote but my laptop returned to me with new fan and crushing windows. The staffer told me this usually happens because of unusual move of the laptop and offered to repair for extra 60$. He offered to change all harddesk for 240$ because it may need to be replaced within year !!!!!!!!. I was totally disappointed and lost the trust so I picked it up with a big question mark about the honesty?

I bought a laptop that the shop owner promised to be good. The laptop worked2 weeks and suddenly the screen went black. I went back to the shop and the owner said it would cost $40 to fix it. I paid $40 and the laptop worked only 2 weeks again and tge screen went black again.Very poor quality and the people that own this shop are not honest

This is my first post ever not used to this type of thing but i needed to this. We went in to get our computer fix. The charger was broken, called asked a few questions got there he said it will take one day ans it did..
