Horrible service! I filed my taxes with this company back in July of 2020 & today it is end of January 2021 & I still havent received my taxes. I have called 4 times in one week & all I ever hear is we will investigate & call you back whenever we find anything out but Im never called back! There was an issue with my taxes & I wasnt even called, I called in November because I wasnt receiving anything & thats when I found out there was a problem. I was never contacted or anything. Its almost time to file taxes for 2020 & i havent even received my taxes from 2019. I will not be filing with this company again & I would not recommend for anyone to go here!!
