They had some interesting choices on the menu and the alcoholic beverage list was at least 4 or 5 pages front and back. My husband has a beef intolerance so the option for an elk or bison burger was nice. The burgers were done well, and served are served with a big ol pile of pickles. The Mac n cheese was good, a bit heavy on the nutmeg. We ordered one of the red wines and they brought us a white. They corrected the mistake but charged us for both glasses and a coffee my dad had ordered but was told they didnt have any. Pay attention to your bill if you dont want to be overcharged. I got the wedge salad, which was delicious, fresh and crisp with plenty of blue cheese. Our waitress was friendly enough, but not very good at her job, what with the wrong orders and the overcharging and the infrequent checks to refill beverages and see if things were OK. I may go back, but not anytime soon.

Its a place in order for pickup and got be Southwest BBQ Burger with white truffle fries. I went inside to pick it up and part of me wished I would have dined in because the place had a very cool and calm atmosphere. It felt inviting. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and had complex flavors that kept delivering with every bite. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The white truffle fries were awesome, with the exception of them being a little bit soggy. I cant necessarily fault the kitchen for that due to the fact that they rode in a takeout box for nearly 10 minutes before I was able to enjoy them. I bet they are other-worldly when they are fresh because they were still awesome as is. Ill definitely visit this place again the next time Im in town.

The burgers are everything you can hope for! So good. Our group of seven had Nicole as our server, and she was perfect as well. From the flight of bacon to the flight of beer, to the burgers and pie, everything was amazing and and wonderful!

First time there and it was fantastic...waitresses were very nice and a bit sassy which made the visit even more enjoyable. Also had the cheese curds and they are by far the best I have had in a long time. They are fresh bought and hand dipped before each order...please give this place a try!!!!

An acquaintance recommended this place for two reasons: they have wonderful brussels sprouts stir fry, and they bring a tray of different kinds of pickles for every table. I not only second this recommendation, but also will add that they have a nice, relaxed atmosphere, good drink selection, and some great options for a vegan burger and sides. I highly recommend their Vegan Impossible Burger as-is, but if, like me, you like a little heat, customize it by adding fresh jalapenos and OMG sauce.

Weve been coming here for years! The building really has character. The food is excellent. The location is perfect and easy to navigate in and out when traffic is heavy.

A little tight and the a/c wasnt working. Other than that a nice joint with a good selection of beer. Heres a pic of some delicious curds.

The burger was great..fries and service were not. Upon arriving, we sat for 15 minutes until I had to get someone for service. We also were originally seated at table of four, but only three chairs.. multiple ordered.items were missed, the burger was made wrong. No soup was given to us even though we ordered it. The entree of cheese curds were given instead of a burger. Note to management...improve focus on attention to detail

Our son took us there when we went to visit and it was excellent. The food was really good, the atmosphere was very casual and relaxing and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend trying this place if youre in the mood for some very good pub style food, I know Ill be going back👍

Brickhouse is a hard one for me. Ive been here three times and I would give the food a solid 5/5, but of those three times the wait times werent terrible twice but one time it was absolutely horrid. We waited almost 2 hours for our food and beverages. Havent been back in about two years, but will plan a return trip sometime in the fall to give it another chance.

I and my wife went to this restaurant with our two grandsons (6 and 3). We had a relatively simple order: two kids meals, a classic burger, and pan fried walleye. We waited MORE than 90 minutes for the food to arrive-ridiculous. I asked the waitress after an hour and she said the food was coming soon. Waited some more. Finally, I found the manager who was polite and anxious to know the problem. (One table near us arrived more than a half hour after we did and had their food well before ours came.) We waited another fifteen minutes! When the food did come, the boys seemed satisfied and my wife said her burger was good. I ordered the panfried walleye - little taste, bland, would never order again.Not sure I will come back again either, although the manager gave us a decent discount on our bill.

The waitress was great! She was attentive and friendly. The bar service was inexperienced and lacking. The burgers were a disappointment as it was a burger establishment. They were lacking in flavor and complexity. I dont think I will be returning... definitely not on my list of favorite places

The food was good, but overall not a great experience. Our server wasn’t attentive and often seen just sitting down with her other coworkers instead of helping if we needed something. Some of the food we ordered was missing and had to ask a couple of times.

Food was NOT good. Burger was cold and cheese was not melted. Mac-n cheese burger not good either. Nashville chicken sandwich was barely edible. Fish fry was good. Service sucked. Dishes were not cleared, fish fry menu wasnt given until we asked twice. Would not go back. Ever. Or recommend.

The only positive of our dinner was the 4 cheese Mac and cheese. We arrived at 5:37 and were told it would be a 10 minute wait for our 2adults and one toddler. We asked if we could wait outside to keep our little one entertained and be out of the way. After we didnt hear anything, we headed in after a bit more than ten minutes. The host not only didnt acknowledge is but day another table. We approached him several times and he continued to say the next take would be ours but then sat other people. We were finally at a table at 6:20!The burger we ordered was over cooked and had little flavor. The bun tested like the cheap grocery store special. The chicken in the salad tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. It was dry and had a terrible flavor. The fries arrived cold. Overall, the meal was awful! I would not recommend this place to anyone. We came here on a recommendation of our hotel and we were store to tell them not to recommend it to future guests!!

Was excited to try something new that was all about burgers....well was wrong! Food took what felt like FOREVER dont go there hungry. The service was slow. when it did finally arrive it looked amazing. Looks can be deceiving burgers were tasteless no seasoning just a chunk of meat soup was oily cave man wings looked promising but were so hard barley any meat but the sauce on them was good. The pickles we were excited to try were outta a can nothing impressive at all, fries were good tho. Prices too high for the food not worth it unless you like tasteless cold burgers if so this is your place.

Its a lovely location. The cheese sauce on the Mac and cheese was a bit grainy. The burgers were good. The onion log was noms. We had a birthday and were surprised with a fried twice sundae which was kind but I wouldnt bother ordering.

Mushroom spinach artichoke dip was kind of bland and very thick, could only taste mushroom, feel like it needed something. The chips were cheap and brittle, hard to use dip without them breaking. The burgers were very tall and messy. I think that 1/3lbs burger patty would have been a better fit for the buns and prevent a lot of the mess. I loved how the burgers tasted, even the 3/4th raw one. Fries were delicious. For being craft burgers and being the main selling point I expected a little better. Wifes bacon was like a burnt thin woodchip.

Excellent selection of beers of all types. (not just craft) Burgers and cheese curds are amazing. Fast and friendly service. Outside dining in season. Lots more room and seating than you might expect.

First of all-burgers were great, but the thing that impressed my sister & I the most was Nicole, our waitress. Because of a physical issue seating is sometimes an issue. We didnt want a booth, so Nicole set us up at one of the high tables. She brought out our drinks & we looked over the menu. It became clear that the high table wasnt going to work out for us. My sister asked if the low table by the entrance was available, it was. Nicole had mentioned that she was going to suggest that table. Right off the bat she was very nice. When we asked if we could switch tables, after everything was set up, she was very kind & helped us to the other table. She told us to take our time & was very patient with us. We told her ourselves how much we appreciated her. We just wanted to let you know! Well definitely be back. Kudos Nicole!I saw that some posters felt that the food was over priced. I was satisfied with the portion and the food was great. The prices arent any different than other places Ive been to. Good selection of beer too.

Food was good, atmosphere good, service was terrible.We ordered drinks and appetizer and then once those came we were forgotten about. When we finally got the server back to our table and said we were ready to order our dinner it was clear they had forgotten about us.When we did get our food, I asked for another brew. Never got it. Never saw the server again. Had to go to the bar to retrieve our bill after waiting half hour.

I learned of this fine establishment through my friend maxx whom used to to work here. The food is ALWAYS superb and I would most definitely recommend anyone with tastebuds to visit. Not overpriced, food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere is quite pleasing. Well done by the owners, and the staff are always quite friendly.

Hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner party for 70+ upstairs. Great menu, staff was excellent, room worked out well. Pleasantly surprised at the cost. Good value, for sure.

We were here for a shower so we were upstairs. I thought it was very chilly and I finally out my coat on. We had a make your own burger buffet. The burgers were excellent with lots of good fixings to add including bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cooked onions. I think there were mushrooms but the onions looked like mushrooms so I missed out. Aside from the nice woman who came up and turned off the music speakers because it was too loud, I didnt see any other staff. I drove alone and didnt see any signs the way I came in from Interstate 41. I could have missed it but I didnt see one. I turned left and found the back lot with ample parking. So I cant offer a lot of info, but this was an excellent spot for a private get together.

We went last Saturday at noon. We only had an hour max, so I asked the hostess if they could serve us that fast. It didnt seem super busy, so after wondering to clean other tables she sat us. It took another 5 before the waitress came to take our order. We again explained our need for quick food, and she said no problem, she would tell the kitchen. 10 minutes later we got out shakes. The waitress stopped by a few time to check on us...why? we had no food and she get bring pickles...Finally 20 minutes later, our shakes were gone, we needed to leave...and no food yet. I had watched tons of to go orders get boxed at the kitchen window. We asked for our food to be put in a box and it can up right then...way to late to enjoy. While my truffle fries were good, I had to eat in the car so they stayed warm . My burger was over-cooked, well done, and the cheese wasnt melted. Not impressed at all!

Atmosphere 3/3 because Im biased (its the old Roffers Hotel!), Food 2/3, Service 1/3. Little on the slow side but dont let that deter you. The free pickles are fun, curds are great and bloody Marys good.

Great selection of craft beer, very friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Burgers are a little pricey, but they are for sure some of the best craft burgers in the area. If youre looking for great pub food and a good place to meet your friends, definitely check it out.

Excellent corned beef and cabbage for st paddys day

Make sure to order the brick house onion, it is an appetizer and enough to feed 5-6 people with amazing sauces, my favorite was the avocado. The burgers and non burgers hit the spot for everyone in our party. Service was excellent, food was cooked exactly as ordered, and prompt service all of which are hard to find these days. Only regret was not taking pictures of the food!

Holy cow. I’m from out of town. Stopped by and was blown away. My two friends and I ordered supper here and we each loved our food so much that we swapped our food with each other so we could all sample a little bit of everything. Absolutely amazing. It was all mouth watering. This is no greasy burger joint. These folks care ....and put a ton of flavor into every dish. Incredible. Do it. You won’t regret it.

To this point I have only had a couple of the craft burgers and all of them have been FANTASTIC - the Elk El Jefe and the Mac-n-Cheezy. Every time I have eaten here it has been for lunch. I saw some sour beers on the drink menu so a stop for dinner is needed. The staff and service have been excellent. With a number of craft burgers still to try, and sour beer, additional visits are in my future.

The service was poor...we were the only ones waiting to be seated. 5 employees walked by without acknowledging us at all. 10 minutes later someone finally shows up and seats us. Another 10-15 minutes before a waitress shows up at which point we order drinks and food because we dont want to wait another 20 minutes to order. 45 minutes (and no sight of our waitress) later, we get our undercooked burgers and cold fries. The couple next to us had been waiting to pay for half an hour, so when she delivered our food we paid right away in order to avoid the 30 minute check out wait. Would never recommend this place.

2 stars solely because the service was great! Nicole was personable and handled her MANY tables with class. Fries were great - except I substituted for garlic parm fries and all they did was sprinkle cheese on top...not garlic parm fries AT ALL. NOT worth the $2.25 upcharge for a sprinkle of cheese thats not even melted, so weird.. Tasted the same as my childs regular fries. The burger.. oof. Bacon cheese, one piece of bacon cut in half. The burger fell apart before I was even halfway done. Never had that happen before. It was just OK. Possibly would be back for the fries, but to me thats not worth it. Much better places around Green Bay to grab a burger!!! Especially if youd rather not eat one with a fork because it fell apart. Just save yourselves and go somewhere else.

This place gets better and better every time I go. The first couple times we went, it seemed average at best. This last Friday, we were served some of the best Friday fish fry and cheese curds Ive had anywhere! And the cocktails are very respectable as well. Service is a little hit and miss--mostly just seems like a training issue with newer staff. But generally, everybody is friendly and does their best to be helpful. Im very happy with how much this place has improved overall. They are legit, and I hope they stay that way! Great beer selection too!

The burgers here are unbelievable. They have an extensive number of beers and ciders on tap (they regularly rotate through a number of crafters).The bacon flight is to die for (ok... probably literally. But washing it down with an ice cold beer makes it ok, right?!)The atmosphere is very casual and they can accommodate larger groups easily with a reservation.I have never been disappointed in anything I have had here.Order a bacon flight and the monthly poutine for me!!

Very good craft burgers, I didnt eat here at peak hours but the service was great (it was empty at 11am). Decent price, right 11 dollars for a burger, but theyre big, filling, and messy :)

We met friends there for dinner and drinks and were surprised at the poor service!After a 10 minute wait we had water, then waited 35 more minutes for beer on tap and a bottle of wine!Dinner arrived after another 45 minutes and all 4 of our hamburgers were overdone!Will not return at the dinner hour again.

I used to love the burgers from this place. We ordered burgers last night, I thought the smell was a little off. My husband said it smelled fine to him (figures). I tasted the burger, the burger was rancid, like really bad. I threw the whole burger away.

High ceiling made it loud. Lunch was okay. Its a nice bar.

I had the bacon burger. The beef was nicely seasoned and ample cheese. I would have preferred the bacon on the top of the burger where it could likely remain crisp, but not the end of the world. Good cheese curds. Good value.

Overall great experience! We were seated pretty quickly, everything was clean. There are lots of options for beer and liquor! The food was great! The fries that came with the burger are amazing! My only concern is that the staff seemed rushed whenever they came and helped us. We didnt affect the meal at all but It was enough that I noticed.

One of my favorite places in De Pere! Fast and friendly service but you never feel rushed. Food is always delicious and they have more options for vegetarians or vegans than I’ve ever seen! Makes it easy to bring friends from out of town here.

Last year we came right before a HS FB playoff game. We knew we had little time before the game, so we called ahead and ordered. This awesome place had our table ready and food came out very quickly. We downed our food and a quick beer! We made it to the game with time to spare. I love this restaurant! We may try to recreate tomorrow night...same situation.

Our experience was a really bad one. We arrived with our two young kids, all of us hungry, and ordered very simple meals. We waited 51 minutes for our food, which never arrived, and so we ended up leaving. The waitresses were clueless and kept bringing us pickles. We asked twice for our food and nothing. Meanwhile, at least 4 other tables arrived after us and got taken care of and served immediately. We had enough, so we decided to leave and as were walking to the door, we passed by our waitress. She didnt even remember our faces cause she continued to walk over to our table to bring an order of French fries, which we didnt order. She was still trying to pacify us and didnt even realize we werent at the table anymore! We saw then that our food wasnt close to being done at all. It was awful. She finally saw us almost out the door and apologized. Too little too late.

The Brickhouse has a nice sized patio for outdoor dining. They give you a tray of 3 typesof pickles to sample while waiting The pickles were great . We ordered calamari and a burger with fries, a beer & old fashion . The old fashion was not made right & the food was just average.I was hoping to get the great burger they claim to serve. The place was understaffed and the service slow....maybe that’s why the place didn’t impress us. Another concern was an odd odor upon entering...not sure what is was.

If you are craft beer person this a place to go, they have a menu for all there beer.

$20 at Wendy’s would have gotten you an exponentially better deal. We ordered the Cali-burger and cheesy chili soup. The only thing you could taste in the Cali-burger was the overwhelming flavor of thyme. We decided to treat ourselves to the truffle fries as a side and they were tasteless and soggy. The soup was unfortunately a tub of almost-melted cheese with none of the “chili” component. The pickles were tasty though.

We were short on time and asked the waitress before ordering if she thought they could make it work and she said yes and would put the order in right away.. We waited until we had 5 minutes left before we had to leave and finally told the waitress to make it to go because we couldnt wait any longer. When we were able to eat the brussel sprouts didnt taste like anything but fried brussel sprouts and our burgers were just ok, lacked seasoning but the sauces on mine were good.

Quick, friendly service. Great beer selection. Unique menu, but more trendy than I prefer. My burger was pretty good, nothing exceptional. My co -workers wedge salad sounded good on paper but didnt live up to the hype. With so many options in this town, I dont think it would be my first choice to go back to, although I would not be opposed to eating there again.
