Terry’s Tree took down a pine at our home and trimmed a few others. Their tree removal and trimming was excellent and they did not damage our lawn. Unfortunately, they left me a big problem that they did not come back and fix! When the crew took down the pine, one large branch ended up dangling in a nearby Magnolia. It was not clearly apparent to us when they finished up. However, upon closer examination that evening, we saw the limb which was dangling over the yard and very dangerous. I texted and called Terry 5 times within the next few days. He said he would come back and take it out of the tree, but never did. After a few weeks, it turned brown and became more precarious. I called him again and he said he forgot and would come by. Again, he never showed up. Right after mowing (and cautiously working under it), the limb fell out of the tree and took part of the Magnolia with it. It was huge and I could have been injured or worse. I texted Terry with pictures and never heard anything back. So … great job on initial work but once he had my money, he left me with a dangerous situation and now I have to chop up this mess and dispose of it. Very unhappy!

Terry Smith Tree Services was highly recommended by a neighbor who has used them for 15 years. They did not disappoint. They were prompt--and what they charged was very reasonable. Unlike other companies we have worked with, they didnt break anything, and they cleaned up afterwards. They even swept the street in front of our house! We are very pleased with them and will call them back whenever we need more tree work done on our property.

These guys have a lot of experience and it shows, they really know their stuff. Did a great job, hauled everything away and didnt damage the lawn. Highly recommend!

I wasnt even their customer but they did my neighbours and they ran over my trash can with their little machine and through a broken trash can next to it!!!

We hired Terry Smith Tree Service first because he showed up when he said he would. The owner showed up early, with many trucks, the right equipment, and an experienced crew. His goal was to remove a 3 tree which stood very close to the house. The large trees towered over our two-story by about 35 feet. Getting them down safely meant navigating around the chimney, wooden panel fence, cable lines, roof of our home, and oh, the main power line. This was a huge endeavor! Without any problem, they cut, bob catted, raked, mulched, and removed mountains of debris; and left a nice pile of wood for us to use in the fire place. Is his tree trimming inexpensive?.. two companies were less and one was more. It was Terrys honest, direct, and professional manner that made the decision easy for us. Anybody can get the job, we were glad to find a company that could DO the job!

Great prices, wonderful service, and respectful

Terry and his crew removed one tree and trimmed numerous others for us this week, and did a great job. They patiently waited out a thunder storm to finish the cutting on the first day. We were not at home on the second day when they returned to finish the chipping and remove the debris. Terry stopped by the next day when we were home again to make sure we were satisfied with the results. We would definitely recommend him.

This company caused a tree in my yard died. Last summer I called them to trim a cypress just because my neighbor complained the some branches growing into their yard. The tree was very heath before their service. However, the cypress was dead after trimming. They simply removed all branches and tree was topped, without asking. As you can imagine, it is an improper way to service an evergreen tree in an improper time! Just do some research on the internet and you can find an evergreen tree should not be topped and should not be overly cut in a summer time. I was told by them that tree would be back after the winter. Does tree come back to green? Of course not. They came back and charged me another fee to remove the tree and left the stump in my yard! DO NOT USE THEM! Very disappointing service.

I had to put one star they dont deserve it!!! My father hired this company for the second time to remove trees he had that were rotted. They did a great job the first time but the second job they left 9 huge pieces of the trees on the property! My father is not well and can not be out in the sun or extreme heat! He and my mother both called multiple times with no response, my father had to move them himself or risk being charged upwards of $500 in fees from his association! Beware they dont finish there work and scam the elderly!
