I have been using Elaine for 12+ years. Her assistant called me the night taxes were due, 15 minutes before their office was closing, to tell me that I needed to come pick up my forms and overnight them myself. This is after I had already paid the $150 to have her file my taxes. I had to jump in my car and speed to their office to get there before they closed, argue with Elaine as to why I needed to file on my own after I paid her to do so, find a FedEx that was still open (as it was close to 9pm), and paid $36 to have FedEx ship it overnight so that I would not receive a fee. Elaine has yet to answer my calls regarding this matter and I have still not received my tax return. I can not believe the way she has treated me after doing business after all these years. I am outraged and disgusted.
