As a child who has gone through this organization it is very messed up and I find it traumatizing. They come and take you from your family and drive you to a new place without telling you any information. This organization needs to be shut down because it is really messed up that they put you in a family and you just expect you to love them. If you want a kid then you should treat them respectfully if you don’t then don’t have kids. It’s that simple. I am sorry to all the kids Who have had to deal with these people.

I also have a open case and they are never prepared the accusations against me are dismissed due to not finding anything but the still filed in court 😒 I still have my precious angels but just to one up on them I have a old school rca hand recorder and I record every visit and every phone call..... They will not do me dirty cause baby I will cause war over mine! As soon as they call for your very first visit tell them right then and there before you proceed you want a lawyer thats exactly what I done and they have to respect our rights as birth parents......

These are very disrespectful people. They do not pay attention to the kid’s. They blame everyone but there self’s. My son was baptized I knew nothing. My son has told them please I hate it where I am there mean they fight. They once again blamed me and my 9 year old child. They removed my child from his God Mother’s for a argument me and father had but child wasn’t there. My case has been open for 3 year’s. I have been to courts called police I have Emailed Mike Dewine, nobody will listen at this place. The police was the one that sits there all day. He lied right to me.

I have had 3 children and two cases for child neglect and 1 for child endangering and both are untrue and false informated. My first for something my child was not in any dangers and was with another person, and legally was put into a temporary place while I got them back, and they were returned back home to me. My second current case goes from a kidnapping during a drug dealing and my children were safe at home that we lease and have keys too. And the main focus of my review is, for the battle I had with cps governments agency, is when there is a incident or altercation, with a mama and battle with the courts, specifically they give and catches hell for not abiding to the case and what between I and my worker agrees to go by doing, regulates of the visits to meet with Me Mama and Her Children, Providing care to each child for what they need, may need, or instructions or suggestions of however that can get it, And returning phone calls of the Government case, of the doctors appointments, times of doctors appointments, what records the doctors are reporting and from what credits, and the details of what Cps Gonvernment agency is and what you have to do, and what it is leading towards. After all the incomplete Cases and care, you done went through unnecessary fights and hollering with works, Bothered, and at the end your case you fought has been won back, when Mama gets children back after that, Then No Tears No More, And back moving along track, to motherly.

The Secretary at the information desk was rude. Stood there in plain view for at least 5 min while she talked on her cell phone about a Bridal shower then finally asked if she could help me. Acted like I was an inconvenience and even gave me the wrong information and ended up missing my visit with my son that I only get once a week for 2 hours and that looked bad on me until she admitted she was at fault. On the positive they are very clean as far as bathrooms, visit rooms and lobby. The outside is nice plenty of room for the kids too run, jump and play. The grass is always cut, fluffy and a pretty green.

They dont work with you. No return calls. They totally ignore family members who can make the adequate decisions of raising a child and let the drug induced parents make important decisions about the childs wellbeing.

I dont know too much about this place however any place thats concerned about the well-being of a child and making sure that a child is being taken care of and having selter not being abused and also doing good in the right thing I told support and hope everything is good for the family and the child.

We have had a terrible experience with a case worker. She endangered the transport driver, the foster parents and should be fired! She did not react to concerns voiced by many others to protect the very kids this was designed to protect. I am writing the highest officials I can and I will name her!!!!! This service needs to be looked into it is terribly broken.

If someone else wants your kids bad enough and has the $$$ consider your kids gone. Fighting for your kids is like fighting for loved ones that have cancer, and no matter what you do or say can bring them back. No amount of love in the world can save them or you! #theydestroyfamilies even worse...most of the caseworkers dont even have kids themselves. Our system is messed up beyond recognition. Even worse the caseworkers tell you ome thing, and then gets in court and COMPLETELY CHANGES THEIR TONE AND STORY! The judge wont believe anyone but them. As you sit there and have to take it! Dont believe anything they say to you. They say what they want. Like they are paid off.

I would just like to say prayers to Montgomery County children services and all the children involved I was once one of those children and I ran until I got out the system .nevertheless some children may never get that chance .maybe mccs could take some suggestions on a lot of ways that they could really help some children because I’m sure the funding could be possible if not there all ready??

Caseworkers help families and children to the best of their ability while having to work within the confines of the law that dictates what can and cannot be done.

How can this place be open since the caseworker that took my children hands are not clean either. She works for the agency and courts to protect our children so why she didnt do her job to protect the boy 15 who her daughter 23 had sex with and had a son with. Paid his silence 1500 a month. She military and she is doing illegal activities and hiding the evidence.The agency gives her an advanced to be incharge of making sure case workers to not break rules. Really she was the one who broke them all. If she was not bias she would of looked at the child and prosecuted her daughter no record or even children serves case.She comes into my life three separate times took my children my daughter who had nothing wrong. And came in by using the issues a case was opened by the with holding of facts. Sending a letter to the psy doctor who done my parenting psy evuation test which he excepted a bribe. Tampering with and destroying evidence perjury and misleading the courts. Yet they never came to me as a single father helped me to get the mother out of the childrens life which was the main reason they came into my life. They knew it was of her horriffic life years before i knew her and an out of state. The mother elizabeth marcum lived in the agency since she was what 6 adopted by the same corrupted agency that destroyed my life. She learned how to get her ways with the agency. She knew she will never have full custody of any of the children so she used the system to get her ways. The agency was post to be trained collegde people with deplomas and degrees yet a mother who is memtally chanlenged beat them to do exacly what i warned them of her not able to have custody she would say or do what ever it took to make sure i will lose my children and guess what they helped her to do it.Used our income together yet i make three times more then we was together separate. I work as a security officer long hours. When she was on s.s.i. I paid for the home of my settlement and made sure my children had all the needs. Yes gas was shut off do to a gasleak. So i changed the water heater and furnace to electric. I done anything for my children they listened to the mother who told them i didnt want to be around my children so they stated i missed alot of visitations. Yes i was under doctor care of fusion done to my lower back. Doctors order. Which i showed. Said i had substance abuse. I dont do any drugs or medication do to the prescription my doctor gave me i sued the manufacture which agency and courts knew i showed documemts which all three lawyers of mine still have recorders. Kelly Hamilton needs to be prosecuted and terminated. Shes a bias fake caseworker. She was caught in magistrate lensky of illegal activities only to be ignored. I am going to not stop fighting for my children and to make sure all this will be shown.

This place is terrible and how the caseworkers and Casa workers get away with lying so much is beyond me. they lie to the judges and in the reports. they give the children back to parents who actually abuse their kids or doing drugs or who dont even want their children but the parents who are actually fighting to get their children back , they make up excuses and LIES LIES LIES so their children cannot come back home. My boys told me about being abused while in foster care and when i mentioned it to the caseworkers , all they said was they would look into it, they never did. the caseworkers believe what the foster parents say before the children. they should believe what the children say. the CASA worker Terri Carter had my 7 yr old son thrown in jail because of his foster parent said she couldnt control him, he was angry because the foster parent destroyed his toy. TERRI CARTER (CASA ) even bribed my kids with money to lie to the judge and tell the judge they wanted to be adopted instead of coming home. case workers dont care how the kids feel, its all about the MONEY MONEY MONEY. i dont see how they protect the children who go into the system, no wonder children have so many behavior issues while being in the system!!!! its a DISGRACE FOR REAL

Tears families apart on unfounded and false accusations, and when the accusations are proven to be untrue, they still dont care. Caseworkers are biased and dont dont care about th truth or actual well being of the children.

Ive been dealing with these people for over a year. Conducting my own investigation. My childern were seized by police from their monther. The agency or rather 3 individuals lesley nicely, Brittney robertson, Michelle Watson/Reves and Megan McQueen. Have committed purgery in open court. The Court itself seems to have no law in effect for a parent to fight over rights of their childern. Which gives these wicked women the right to discriminate against race, religion, and or sex. Every man in a family is liable to be called abusive, or aggressive. If they have nothing on you all they have to do is make it up. Using parenting psychologicals to create and lock in with law called a case plan. Whatever disorders or reason they come up with you shouldnt have your childern. Most of the time the good parents or families that have a lacking mother or father go through the most. Children that actually need the limited assitance go home early or go in helped. The agency will do anything to be credible including making innocence childern suffer. Specifically I interviewed 10 women in the early-20s. 8 of those women reported sexual abuse from local foster familes....an go figure dayton is of the worst cities filled with sexual offenders. They have a fair department that is a loop system. If you are involved with these people be koi as possible take notes, record record. Do not argue with them. Provoking them makes it 100 percent worse. The first phase of my investigation was to see how far I could get the individuals to go outside their directive. Their directive is to be credible to the public. A handful of workers do the right thing..those workers are not promoted. The ones who are willing to cover up messes and put a child last so the agency doesnt become sued go to the top. Find very reputable atty, work with your GAL. These workers will call counselors, and everyone involved in your case to spread their opinions about your case. You will not have access to these people.Bring the more witnesses than nessairy to create a strong presence in your favor. If you find you are having problems with a psychological report it to the board or psychology. Problems with case workers or counselors report it to the board or counselors and social workers. This is a serious American problem these cases are acts of war against the US constitution. Children and parents are put through horrific experiences. Rumors link this system to federal money schemes. Any minor under 18 under current laws can be found neglected and dependant under easy circumstances and seized by police, seized by police first.. taken an then proven later mind you. The state has 2 years to make a permanent plan or adopt that child. The court does not care, rarely goes against the agency...according to my contacts only 30 percent of the time. The other 70 percent MCCS gets its way. Supported by the prosecutors office. One of the strongest offices in the area.

A complaint was filed about my son . Lady went out to his mothers house . Called me while she was there. Lady then proceeded to tell me 3 times when things came up she would just talk to me when she called me back the next day and how she was going on vacation for a week starting the Friday . 3 weeks plus later still no phone call. Called to find out whats going on out on hold message said there was no callers ahead of me but had a 10 min wait so waited 15 mins till I finally got to talk to somebody . Now they are investigating who the lady was and she is supposably going to call me back . We will see. Doesnt seem like they are too concerned about the kids they are suppose to be standing up for like their recording states I heard about 10 times while I was waiting
