Had a written contract on a home listed by Home Experts Realty. Listing agent was not quick to communicate. Had inspections done - all went well, seller decided she just didnt want to sell anymore and Home Experts didnt do much to keep the contract honored. Unlisted the house for the seller and basically I was screwed. Will never buy a house listed by this realty company due to the way this was handled.

Not only did I find what I was looking for but they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with new home purchase in Ohio. Highly recommended .

Worked with an agent here who was very friendly but did not get the help we needed. Then after we decided to go with another company it took 2 weeks to get our earnest money back and no one in the office seemed to be helpful in trying to get our money back when our contract was cancelled rightfully.

Very friendly and professional. Would use again

I will not be using this company again. Buyer beware.
