The McKenzie Group are the real deal! I am using this alias for privacy purposes. I hired The McKenzie Group in August of 2020. Specifically, I worked with Chuck McKenzie. I first contacted them outside of business hours and Chuck was mowing his lawn at the time, he stopped to answer the phone for me. Chuck was empathetic to my request, showed professionalism, showed that he was knowledgeable of my situation, and was friendly. Calling a private investigation firm can be uncomfortable (at least that was my opinion before utilizing such a firm for the first time). But Chuck made me comfortable during the process and kept me updated along the way (morning email responses, afternoon email responses, late night email responses). Chuck and his team at The McKenzie Group delivered on what I had asked, with a quick turnaround.
