Long delays to be seen, the doctors cancel and reschedule appointments multiple times creating gaps in care. Nurses do not submit refills or med changes in a timely manner. There are huge break downs in communication and an overall lack of professionalism.

This place has done so much for me in my recovery. They will fight just as hard if not harder then u do to get u to where u want to. They have helped me reach my goals and get my son back from cps. Im grateful for sure

I absolutely love my new therapist mary. Them going above and beyond to correct any situation so your comfortable. Initially it was little disappointment but the lady reached out to me so I can still receive the services I need.

I only gave 4 stars because the front desk staff needs retraining. Youre dealing with people who have mental disabilities you should learn to be a little friendlier and more patient. However I did give four stars because the therapist especially Cheyenne and Cat as well as Chad and the nurse is there are fantastic. With that being said when we walk in the door and need to sign in your receptionist are the first people that we see they are the ones who answers the phone they really need to be more friendlier with that being said they are the face of your company. You only need one bad apple to spoil the bunch.

This place is a joke they won’t ever return your phone calls they take you off all your meds in .. in return I’ve had a horrible experience with these people stay far away

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Wendy H. is amazing!! She really takes the time and challenges me in the most positive ways. She goes above and beyond all the doctors or medical professionals I have seen. Truly represents what helping and caring for others means. Would gladly recommend. Thank you Wendy for all the time you have given to help others!!

This place is amazing it has helped so many people! Mrs. k Who runs the houses is amazing and so nice and she is truly there to help people. She got 2 of my family members in sober living quick and i thank god For thatEdited: Mrs k is no longer working for the sober living and it went to hell with Andrea and Tonya running it! They belittle the people and the house lady calls the clients junkies, the accused 2 people of being on drugs and kicked them out and come to find out they just came from the doctor and was clean. They are supposed to have cameras up to show what’s going on and they just so happened the cameras were unplugged when it happened. If your needing sober living do not come to this place but the rehab and doctors themselves are great if you need help they will help you but DO NOT go to the sober living!!!

I reached out to Mahajan Therapeutics to help my sister after a 2 year stay at the Marysville Prison. She has been an addict for about 10 years or so now and really needed a good place to help teach her how to live sober and help her get on her feet as law abiding tax paying adult. I sent an email to the info address and within 10 minutes I was contacted and asked to call Ms. K and let me tell you this is the most wonderful woman I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my life. There was some hiccups with sister going from my parents house to their sober living facility in regards her Parole Officer but Ms. Kay took it upon herself to speak with him multiple times and talk him through why my sister needed treatment and why she needed it NOW, not in 2 weeks when he could get around to it. Im not sure what Ms. K said to the PO but she got through to him where I could not and I honestly could not be more grateful. My sister is ready to check in tomorrow morning and I know this is going to be an amazing place a great opportunity for her. If Ms. K worked this hard for a complete stranger, I cant wait to see what her and the rest of their team does for my sister, especially once they get to know her. Its been a long 10 years and this is first time I have ever felt this much hope. I cant wait to see what the future brings for our family and I cant thank Ms. K and the workers at Mahajan Therapeutics enough.

I really enjoy mahajan i really love my therapist Steve and my AOD doctor Hana!! I think its great that they have a sober house to help people in there recovery path!! Also i love my case manager Kelly! And Niki does a great job teaching group!! I also think doctor Bishop is a great physicist!!

I originally left a one star review because of an absolutely terrible experience with Dr Knight (I would avoid her completely) but they have since paired me with Chad and my entire opinion and life has been changed. He is amazing and actually listens and helps. The nurses are wonderful and everyone behind the desk at reception actually cares they all do their best to help you. My advocate and my counselor have been wonderful and helpful as well. I can happily say 4 stars now (5 if Knight was gone)

UPDATE** (at bottom) Kelly is one of the best case managers in the entire world. She has gone above and beyond for me. I don’t know what I would do without her or Dawn! They both have been nothing but nice and have went to the moon and back to make sure I receive the best care in mental health and aod ! I also see Dr. Chad here now! After switching not only myself but my son to Dr. Chad we have had nothing but great experiences with our doctor as well!! Chad really does care and he wants nothing but the best for his patients! He has really went above and beyond for me and my son as well on multiple occasions! And we cannot forget our now amazing therapist Cat! She has never once made me nor my son feel anything besides welcomed and accepted! I was not to fond of my last therapist here but Cat is amazing! Not only does she know exactly how to interact with my son who does not interact well with therapist at all but she is amazing at what she does!!! Thank you Mahajan for giving me my life back !!!

Anyone who offers free mental healthcare after the shooting is amazing. These guys are awesome.

I have been coming here for about four years and they are all very friendly and helpful. Rob the case manager is very nice and will go out of his way to meet you where you want. Kat the therapist is awesome and really listens to you. She also gives alot of helpful suggestions to improve my life. Dr Bishop is nice too and is calm and helps work with you to get your meds straight and working correctly as many times as it takes. Great place!

This is hands down the best facility for mental health that I have ever been to. I love my therapist, my case worker, I love my psychiatrist and I love the ladies at the front desk. This place actually cares about what they are doing and it definately shows.

God Bless Mahajan therapeutics! I was treated at another agency and never got good service. I received excellent service by the therapist and Doctors. Now my symptoms are under control and I am very thankful to them.

This place is so amazing. They treat you with the up most respect. Your a person to them not just another number.

I don’t recommend this office. The psychiatrist didn’t listen to me at all about the meds I was on and she chose to up my dose instead of trying something new. I didn’t fill the prescription and never returned.

I had anxiety issues and I was referred to them by my family doctor. I am so glad I went there; the treatment I received there has helped me to cope in a very effective manner. I am back in school and doing well. I highly recommend Mahajan therapeutics to anyone with mental health issues.

I have been bringing the kids here for 4 years. They have been great. You have your doctor a case manager and a therapist all at one place. I would not recommend Dr knight at all. She doesnt listen to your concerns. She just continuously ups medication that isnt working. Also be prepared for a 2 hr wait no matter what time your appointment is. Chad is fantastic. He listens to concerns he addresses the concerns and he is thorough. Kevin is a wonderful therapist. He is very hard to get an appointment with. He has a lot of experience with adhd as well. Rob is a great case manager. He is very down to earth. Easy to talk to. Does his best to make sure your up to date on everything. Roxanne is a wonderful nurse. She takes her time with you. Remembers you and always asks how things are going. I would definetely recommend coming here. Only thing I am disliking is the avalibilty for appointments.

I see a doctor, a therapist, and I have a care manager. My doctor Chad listens to what I have to say and if something isnt right, then he changes it until things work. Cat, my therapist, is amazing. There are many things I dont like to hear, but she is telling me what i need to hear. They are things that I need to change or my life isnt going to get better. Then there is Kelly my care manager. Without her in my corner, there are times I dont know where I would be. I love all 3 of my people. They truly are there for me and thats what I need. They arent there for them. Kelly goes beyond what shes supposed to for her clients. Cat just went beyond what any therapist would do for a client for me last week. Today, Chad did for me. Thank you so much! The whole office staff is always smiling and very friendly to me when I go in there and they always work with your schedule. Thank you Mahajan!

It was my first time I went there for some mental health services and I found them to be very efficient, professional and super customer service. I was very satisfied and I would highlyrecommend them to others.
