Appointment was on-time, thorough but not drawn out. They obviously want you to be completely satisfied with your hearing aids. Price is reasonable and great service.

They did a excellent job with my grandmother.They had exactly what she wanted and left the same day with the devices.

Brought in a defective hearing aide that belongs to a hospice client, arrived in parking lot just as Jeff was walking to his car after he had closed up the office. When Jeff saw me heading toward the door he asked if he could help. Jeff opened up his office, examined the defective aide, researched that it was still under warranty and mailed it off for repair. All I can say is we need more folks like Jeff who certainly went the extra mile for me and for my client!! Blessings, Jeff

I have worn hearing aids for 16 years and have gone to 4 different hearing aid specialists. My experience with Hearall in Dayton was the best I have ever had. Jeff Vehr knew the Resound program extremely well and was able to fine tune my set up the best that anyone has done. He was very professional and I am glad I have finally found a location that I feel comfortable at.

Hearall Hearing Center is a great place to get your hearing issue taken care of. With my Resound Linx 2 I can hear things I havent been able to hear in a while. The staff are friendly and take there time to make sure you know how to operate your hearing aids. I am very happy to be able to hear everything again.

They have always been super helpful. Always send reminders to come in, and were really helpful when my hearing aid needed repaired. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Hearall, when I recently needed to have my Phonak program updated to my current hearing needs. They didnt initially have the cables necessary to upgrade my units, but sent for them from Phonak, and promptly took care of the upgrade. I have yet to purchase hearing aids through Hearall, but their professional, helpful expertise, as well as their willingness to help me by servicing HA units that I had not purchase through them, have won my trust and future business when the need arises to replace my current hearing aids.
