I have had the privilege of working with Brandon Hamilton as an employer needing multiple Superintendents and Project Managers and as a candidate Sr Project Executive seeking to make a location change. I’ve used more than a few recruiters over the past 35 years and as they say results can vary. The quality of the candidates Brandon presented was very good and he had briefed them well. I encourage anyone looking at Construction Staffing needs to give them a shot.

This is the most unprofessional recruiting company I have come across in my entire career! They will call people at the CURRENT place of employment trying to fish for candidates. Do note, the people Russ Hadick is contacting has NEVER had any prior communication with them. This firm is finding employees work emails and work phone numbers from some database and then proceeding to contact them. One of our employees asked one of their headhunters to not contact her anymore and then he sends an email! I understand recruiting is hard right now but this type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Sadly, the owner thinks it is professional behavior and sees nothing wrong with how they operate. I advise against using this agency for both personal and professional recruiting needs.

If you’re interested in unlimited earning potential than you’ve found the right place. A true team environment that’s super supportive. Work/life balance isn’t all that bad either.

I have worked here for a year, the income potential is great- I have earned more than ever here in my first year because of the hard work Ive put in, coached by the owner and president. Bob and Bryan believe in making people successful- as long as they have the drive and ethic to succeed. There were no surprises over the course of the year- and even in the midst of a pandemic I have learned and earned a new career. Great place to be for people that want to be rewarded for their effort. High Stress- High Risk- Very High Reward.

Great company to work for and they offer unlimited earning potential. This is truly a performance based environment where your hard work is rewarded which is really hard to find. They offer a great quality of life which companies always say they do then you are working 70 hours a week, but not here it is up to you to decide how much you make and they support you in getting the job done!

I worked with Bob and his team this past year (2017) when I was in the market for a new Quality Engineer opportunity closer to my aging parents. His team found a fantastic company who I am with now and the job match was spot on. During some of the negotiations, timing was somewhat critical and Bob was there to communicate with the company and keeping my interests on the table. I appreciate his help. Highly recommend.

VERY unprofessional and rude! Called our office 3 times today... after being asked politely (after 1st call) to NOT call and try to recruit our employees ON OUR BUSINESS PHONES! ... and they hung up on me all 3 times! Great etiquette! When I called their office to ask to be removed from their call list - a man told me thats not possible... What kind of business does this?? Id never use this agency based on this alone.... Its really Not hard to be professional and courteous....

Very poor hiring practices to work in their office. They turn a simple interview into 4 hours of unpaid training, forcing potential employees to read their training guide during this interview time. They were also very big on bait and switch. I spoke with them on the phone with a reasonable base salary expectation, which they said they offered. Arrived and they only discussed $10 an hour plus commission.Way too many red flags to work for this company.

Bob was prompt, professional, and courteous. Though he worked for the employer he kept my best interest in mind. He went above and beyond in his efforts to land me the position including providing information about the area and the schools. Highly recommended.

They are easy to work with, accommodating, and helped me get my highest paying job at the best company that I have worked. This is a professional level, partially managerial position in the six-figure range.

Rude, Obnoxious. Lured me on the phone under false pretenses. No professional would willingly work with a company like this.
