My Mom lives in Dayton and required some major assistance with her hard drive (which had been hacked). Since Im out of town and quarantined from the Covid-19 pandemic (which made it difficult to get to Dayton to help my Mom), I phoned Phoenix at My Computer Store. He immediately convinced me that they could help my Mom so I asked her to take her desktop into the store. They had it fixed in a day and then completed some additional malware cleaning after discussing first for permission. So in two days my Mom had her computer back and she was just thrilled and thankful (as was I). Thanks so much guys for handling this for my Mom when I couldnt get to her! I REALLY appreciate it!!!
