Ohio ITS is incredible. Vince has taken care of several problems for me and advised me about IT solutions for my business. I had a hard drive failure recently. [Glad I had followed his advice to back up regularly.] Vince tried multiple methods to save the data. When he reached the end of his bag of tricks he returned my drive and refused to charge me. He made a recommendation for a new HD. With this level of integrity and service I will remain an Ohio IT Solutions customer! You should contact him to fix your IT system.
