Hard drive on my 3 year old laptop failed for some reason, stopped by to drop off my laptop at a decently inconvenient time for him, but he still took it and looked at it for me. The thought of ha I got to take your computer somewhere to get fixed is scary and inconvenient to me. However, the experience with Five Star took care of that for me!
