We decided to give ARC Document Solutions a try today. Big mistake...We needed 200 black and white copies of an 8 ½ x 11 form. An employee who was working at an extremely fast pace took our original, laid it on the copy machine and said it would be about 4-minutes.Great! Halfway through the job, the copier ran out of paper. But where was the employee? No where to be found. After about 5-minutes, I mentioned the job had stopped to another employee - - who begrudgingly added more paper to the copier. The remaining copies were done in about a minute.But where was the original employee? Still no where to be found - - he was out back having a smoke! Eventually he returned and pulled my copies from the machine and I paid for the order.When I got back to the office and looked at the bill and was stunned to see a $3 “File Processing” fee had been added to the bill. What the F? They charged me $3 to lay my original on the glass yet Ive got to twiddle my thumbs for 15-minutes while the “help” is out back sucking on a cigarette?We certainly wont be back here again..
