Michelle is a caring, kind hair stylist. She takes the time with you to talk about what you want and what look and color you are wanting along with offering suggestions. I thought I had finally found my gal but was informed she was moving on to a different city. I happy for her but now I fill like I gave to start over to find some one that will meet my needs again. I came in with very ugly box died hair and jane squeezed me in last second so that i could get it fixed before school. i was shocked by how amazing the end result is and will definitely be returning in the future.

Michelle was the absolute best. I got a long perm done and it turned out so beautiful. She was very fun and so sweet. Also was very gentle on my hair because I have a sensitive scalp. I will recommend her to everyone I know ❤️

I had an appointment at 2:30 I arrived early and Alexis took me. I loved everything about my experience she was very friendly and inviting. Definitely will book with her next time.

Prices are very reasonable, facility is always spotless, all the employees are super friendly and extremely good at what they do. Wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

I went in without an appt, but they were able to fit me in within 15 minutes. Jeff came in and cut my hair. Let me just say that I was so glad afterward that he cut it. It turned out great! I usually want to go home after a cut and fiddle with it. Not this time. It looked fabulous straight out of the shop. I definitely want him to cut my hair next time.

I came in with some reference selfies from the last good haircut I had, and Jeff did a great job recreating the look. I travel for work, but if Im near Dayton the next time I need a haircut, Ill be returning here.

Excellent service nice clean salon

I went in my hair has a lot of damage and split ends and my eyebrows needed attention. Jeff listened and he did an AMAZING job! My eyebrows look great and he worked wonders to bring my hair back to being healthy again. I got so many compliments from family after my visit. He styled it just like i would have done myself. Hands down the best place. I only trust my hair and eyebrows with this great team. Ive been going to them for years, never had a bad experience.

The young lady (Michelle) who cut my hair, easily worked around my mask. She was a real professional. First class.

I had an appointment to get my brows waxed and the lady Laura thats done my brows before was busy so some other lady did them I forgot to ask her name, she was really sweet though but she messed up one of my eyebrows theres a spot in my eyebrow with no hair.... I didnt say anything because she was so nice tho I felt bad but Im not too happy with the final result of my eyebrows.

Jane is my hairdresser and she does a fabulous job at getting my exact hair color. She is not pushy about needing a cut-it is always about what the customer wants. I do not like the new tipping machine, though. It charges me a fee to use it!

I called and made an appointment with Lourdes in January, since that was my first time, I accidentally ended up going to the Beavercreek location instead if woodman dr. location. Anyway since it was too late to go back I had my hair cut in Beavercreek location. The person who cut my hair in B location tried to call to tell what happened but nobody picked up the phone. So when I came back home I called her and explained what happened and apologized. Roughly after 4 weeks I called to make an appointment with Lourdes again, first a guy took the call and hung up on me, 2nd time somebody else took my call and after telling me to wait hung up on me. Strange people.

I just paid $140 dollars to get my moms hair done and she wanted blonde highlights and her hair is a brassy orange color. When she went back to tell them she didn’t like it, they told her there was nothing they could do. When she called the manager the next day she hung up on her. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.

My wife is too embarrassed to put a bad review. She showed me and the hair stylist a picture of long flowy long blonde hair. The stylist cut the hair dry, which is not technically right! What kind of trained stylist does that?!?!?! She cut off 6-8, and made it short in the back, which is a terrible look for anyone young. Then convince my wife to get dark streaks, and she refused at first, but then was talked into it. Also the stylist had 2 inch roots showing, which isn’t someone you want hair done by. WOW. Terrible place.

Lourdes is so sweet and helpful. She did a great job with my haircut and answered all of my hair care questions! Highly recommended

I have been following Michelle at fiesta Plaza for years. She does wonderful work. I was very pleased at the steps they have taken to provide for the safety of their customers and employees during this pandemic. I was a bit hesitant but when I called Michelle for an an appointment she explained all the precautions.

Enjoyed being able to get my hair done on the first day of reopening. Stylists are always friendly and helpful. Only downside was having to use my credit card instead of paying in cash for service and product!!

Amazing cut from Michelle- she listened to what I wanted and had tons of expertise to help shape the final outcome. Love my hair and I love that they are taking covid seriously, wearing masks, distancing and disinfecting frequently.

Jane is amazing and so is Jeff. I always feel better when either one of these two do my hair. I will continue to use Jane and Jeff for services.I don’t recommend misty. She’s a little flaky and tends to have you in her chair for 6 hours for a cut and color that can be done in 2 and will start taking walk ins and leave you to sit for hours.

I know getting your hair done can be a big deal and it’s definitely a big deal to me, I had went in for a color and cut and I honestly wasn’t happy with what I got. So I called and I spoke with the manager there and she had me come in at my earliest convenience, when I arrived she assigned me to a lady named Michelle and she sat me down and went over what I wanted and assured me that she was going to fix it and I was going to be so excited I would be doing cartwheels! Welll the results are in, I’m thrilled Michelle definitely did an amazing job I did skip out on the cartwheels tho haha but I do recommend her to anyone looking for the an amazing hair experience, she’s friendly and easy to talk to which a wonderful quality in a hair stylist! Plus she does all of these wonderful things in heels!

They dont want new clients, I just tried to walk in for the 3rd time in 2 years and they still act like your going to blow up if you dont get in the same day, Misty is very rude! I waited on her to come talk to me, then she just blew me off, in the middle of our conversation to talk to another client, I was willing to schedule an appointment but not after the way I was treated! Not a relaxing environment!

Completely awful experience. I wanted my eyebrows a natural shape but cleaned up. My eyebrows were waxed without my skin being held down. So it hurt like hell. At first the lights above were on and I have issues with fluorescent lights. Then they were turned off. She tried to use my squinting as an excuse as the lights bothering me. But the lights were off. It was because she was butchering my eyebrows. She gave me the mirror. to ask me what I thought. She took off half of my eyebrow. It was more like the white trash thin look. She didn’t even get my eyebrows to look the same. One is more of my natural shape in the other one is more of a c shape. I also had my sons hair Cut. His bangs were noticeably crooked

Wow. I wanted to get my 5 year olds hair cut today. Granted, I did not call ahead but you advertise walk ins welcome.... anyway, they took his name and told me to have a seat. So naturally im thinking they can get him in. I waited for about 20 to 30 min with my 5 year old twins waiting and wanting to get it done before 6 as he has football practice, only to be told sorry, I thought we could fit you in, but we wont be able to get to your son until about 7 tonight. I could have went somewhere else had I known when I walked in! My time is no more or less valuable than yours. This is terrible customer service and I will not be back.

My 1st review was bad about the salon because it was bad. They messed up cut and color. However we went back she got the cut right highlights not right. BUT MISTY THE MANAGER IS AWESOME AND IS TRULY ABOUT HER BUSINESS AND HER CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION. SHE IS GOING TO FIX MY WIFES HIGHLIGHTS AND WE ARE GOING TO ONLY USE HER FROM THIS POINT ON.
