Id like to give an actual review, but I cant even get ahold of anybody there. Ive tried to call on 3 separate days (weekdays) at various times of the day, multiple times a day, and nobody has answered the phone any of those times. I almost gave them 3 stars thinking maybe they just have the wrong number on Google, but theres no way that nobody has mentioned trying to call them and getting no answer. Either way, I consider that pretty poor service.

Staff was friendly and made sure to diagnose my van instead of going by what I said was wrong and the time frame was quick

Don’t ever go there if your car is not turning on, They will keep your car sitting there and all the will say is “we need a tow truck” it’s been two days you’re a mechanic shop but can’t provide yourselves a tow truck? Seems like incompetence to me. Smh

They treated my wife with honesty and professionalism. She was told by another garage that her car needed new brakes and rotors. This garage said she still has a good 50% left on brakes, rotors are fine. Highly recommend.

I bought the coupon for a synthetic blend oil change off of Groupon and it also added free wiper blades too for less than $25.00. The only bad thing about it was that I could only buy 2. I went to the Precision Tune Auto Care on North Main Street and the work was done very fast once the van entered the service bay.

Great place great staff who are honest people they wont do something that dont need done I know because they could have done it with me cause I asked for it but they inspected and said I only needed the back and my AC wow is blowing snowballs now thanks guys you rock very patient and professional

Came in as a walk-in around 8:30 a.m. 10/22/19. I already knew the quoted price for my tune-up from yesterday conversation. I read the reviews and did a little proactive work on my part. I recorded everything that was under my hood so I would know if anything was missing. They guy on the phone was pleasant, and both workers I interacted with today were pleasant as well. I asked to see my old spark plugs just to make sure they were really changed. It took maybe an hour for completion. Not too bad. $129+tx for my specific vehicle. They have a restroom, and charging ports for phones. I rarely give 5 stars and this location might have received one BUT those chairs are outdated for certain wide hipped clientele; they should have no arm rest on them AND at 8 a.m. they had no coffee!

James and Jeff at location 060-14 (North Main Street in Dayton) are awesome! Very courteous and helpful. They got my blower motor and power steering pump replaced and two new tires put on, all in just a few hours. They threw in a free oil change, and then fixed my vans sliding door for free as well! We will definitely be back the next time we need auto service.

Generally good service but the last time I went the service was okay. The techs didn’t provide me with all of the services I paid for. I assume this was due to them being busy.

Precision is the #1 auto shop care place that I go to in the Dayton area to properly maintenance my Toyota Yaris. Tony and the other staff members are very professional, empathetic, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Their prices are very fair and reasonable, and they always work with my boyfriend and I to explore the best options for my car. I am thankful for the extra attention and care that was displayed today especially since someone recently broke into my car. I can always depend on Precision to get the job done in a timely manner! I truly appreciate their work ethic and dedication.

Service manager Tony was attentive and effective in diagnosing and taking care of my odd noise problem. Everyone there is great. Felix and Connie are fabulous people. I was looking for a new place to take my vehicle, and they earned my respect immediately. Felix has been very honest and explained things in detail. I trust them completely, and now I only take my vehicle there!

The best experience ever at an Auto Repair shop. Ladies put your fears to rest these people are as honest and helpful as the day is long. I will forever take my car there for repairs. As a plus if you are a AAA member they give discounts. A huge thank you to the Manager Felix Kelly for being a kind and generous man and an exemplary Manager.

The reviews are true. This is a great place to bring your car for tune-ups and repairs. Theyll give you as many details as they can, and wont rip you off. However, theyre usually slammed during transitional/seasonal times. So if youre trying to get your car ready for winter, come here as soon as they open the shop. Otherwise, youll be waiting for a while.

I called to inquire about an opening for an oil change, and was rudely informed by a mechanic that, “the wait time could be 10 minutes could be more, but he has no idea, because he’s too busy out working on cars and doesn’t know what’s gonna’ be available. So, I’ll just have to come in and see.” A tip for Precision Tune, don’t let socially inept people answer phones.And I only gave one star because I had to in order to post the review.

Don’t recommend. Tried two separate times to get an oil change, first time I came it was noon and they were done with oil changes for the day, and then second time I came an hour after they opened and they said it would be a three hour wait. Guess it’s impossible to get an oil change since it’s “first come, first serve”? Ridiculous.

I was surprised that I had never taken any of my vehicles here for an oil change before, considering it was so close to where I live and work. In the past, I had always taken my car to either Midas, Monroe or Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change. This was mainly just because I had received some coupon in the mail from one of them.It seemed as though every single time I went to one of these auto shops for an oil change, I was either held up in the waiting room for hours - even after setting an appointment, over-charged for services, treated poorly when I refused the techs suggested additional fixes to my vehicle and/or left with my Maint. Reqd. light still on because one of the techs was too lazy to reset the light after changing my oil even after I had SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM TO!! (Sorry for the extremely long run-on sentence!) As you can see, I was so fed up with these other main-stream auto shops.. it was definitely time for a change.I couldnt be more happy that I finally found a company that provides great service in a timely manner by listening to my needs and answering any and all of my questions in a detailed manner. On top of that, they offer very fair and reasonable pricing! I will definitely be coming back to them for my next oil change!! Thanks guys!!

I went in to have brakes done on my Tahoe. Customer service was friendly, courteous and professional. They offered coffee and water to everyone in waiting room. Tech told me what to expect and when it came time to authorize the repair he gave me an estimate. I even asked to take a picture of the damaged rotor and he obliged without hesitation and even explained to me the damage as I reviewed it. I talked to several customers who were in the waiting room and one guy had been coming to them for over 10 years and he highly recommended them. They took care of my problem fast and at a fair price with good customer service. Cant ask for more than that!

I have purchased a coupon from Groupon for alignment and every time I go there they tell me to come tomorrow EVERY TIME!! it has been a week now and I couldnt use the service.IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE DO NOT SELL COUPONS FOR IT!!The worst experience ever and the employee wasnt very welcoming.Update: I have tried to call customer service but they never answer. Still after months I havent got serviced for my Groupon voucher!And they didnt reply to my review! Apparently they dont care how was my experience.

-Dayton Location- BAD ATTITUDE, CROOKS. Went in for an oil change, I had a groupon, keep in mind this is the FIRST time Ive had anything done to my car since I bought it. For one they take it in for the oil change, during the oil change he lets me know they dont have the windshield wipers my car takes, they have to order them, and its going to cost me extra...then all of a sudden he has my windshield blades, takes an additional 30 minutes for him to put it on, with a bad attitude mind you, last night I discovered my engine cover is GONE. I had to jump start my car last night and its missing. Called Precision this morning, the manager thst was super rude to me during my oil change answered the phone, said he did remember me, and they wouldnt of taken off the engine cover and hes not just gonna buy me a new one funny, because it was there before I did the oil change. Horrible service and fuciing Crooks.

Very friendly workers, work done in a timely manner, products have longevity and prices are great. I recommend this company to all of my friends who have car trouble and are tired of dealing with the side mechanics. This has become my go to place when dealing with any car trouble from major to minor, they get u right!

They didn’t put my oil plug in my car right and in 1 month I’ve had to put 7 quarts in my car. When i called the guy answering the phone was very rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Do not go there and get anything done

The store sucks I had my oil changed and my heater flushed and my truck never worked the same when I left. My check engine light came on and truck started running funny. They tried to charge me for a diagnostic and refused to see what they did to my truck. Do not go to this branch they will mess up your vehicle.

They are very friendly here at this location. Ive been to many repair shops but this is the first place i ever felt like i wasnt being taken advantage of.. There prices are reasonable and they do great work.. This will be the only place i come to for car repairs from now on

I got there just before one on the Saturday after thanksgiving with a non-driveable car and needing to get back to Fort Benning, GA by Monday morning. I talked to them and they got me in, diagnosed, and were willing to stay after they closed to get me on the road. Great service, honest, and not just looking to charge me money. Good Honest repair work a little expensive but good work isnt cheap

I had a wheel alignment and brake service. They didnt correct the wheel alignment 100% so when I went to back to them very next day not even 24 hrs for alignment. they not even take a look on my car and if I want to take a look by them they want to charge full amount again for alignment. coming to brake service I have observe when they trying to open drum brake he hit with a screw driver and hammer from behind due to that wheel drum cylinder was broken for that also they charged me only and they dont want to take responsibility for what they did. rest of all is good.
