A coworker referred me to ARC Enterprises LLC. She highly recommended them. I needed new brakes in 2019 and chose to take my car there. In March of this year I had several issues that needed immediate attention, so took my car there once again for service. I had no problem getting an appointment either time and the work was done quickly. The owner, Judah, is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of service provided by him and his team. I highly recommend ARC Enterprises LLC to everyone. I will definitely be back for any car repair needs in the future.

Absolutely Love Arc Enterprises! They always fix all my Family cars in a timely manner and keep us updated on the progress and even if something else needs to be fixed. Me and my wife recently broke down on the way traveling back from Ohio to Alabama we were more than 9 hours away from home Arc work with us the entire time even though we got there 7 minutes before closing on Friday they took in our vehicle and waited till we arrived at the store location we expected the worst and anticipated at least two to three weeks before getting my car returned and fully prepared we were shocked at how fast Arc repaired our Car. It only took two and a half days and their staff communicated via text message and email the entire time to let us know that we were a priority at their shop I would recommend anyone looking for a great customer service and great auto mechanics and the Dayton Ohio area to please visit this location you wont be disappointed

The men who work in this shop have integrity, knowledge and skill. After breaking down on the side of the road I came to be associated with them purely by luck. I was stranded in Ohio two days, only because of the weekend. The minute they got in on Monday morning the jumped on the diagnostics, called me and supplied me with photo evidence of the issue with my car. They told me what they could do to get me on the road and what they could do to fix it the right way. Honesty is not easily stumbled onto these days, but all five men I met here were the real deal! The repair wasn’t cheap but immediately I knew it was right and safe. They called to check and make sure I got home safely. If I could increase the stars in this review I would. Woke up to a dead battery on the car. ARC picked up my vehicle and installed a new battery and did a needed oil change and dropped my vehicle back off for me. They do excellent service and their customer service is excellent as well.

This is the only shop I will take my vehicles to. They are honest, and fair priced.

They have the best service in a garage I have found in Dayton. I have a Camaro and I wouldn’t want to take it anywhere else other than here. It’s affordable and they are fast at what they do.

Great shop! Theyre easy to work with, have reasonable prices and a quick turn around!Update, I bought two used cars from this mechanic who I trusted. He assured me that he had done total inspections and that the cars were good to go and safe for our family. Both cars were absolute lemons and in the junkyard less than a year later. I took the one car back at least four times for repairs before I learned my lesson and quit going back. At one point they told me my struts were bad and wanted me to okay $700 to fix them. My husband didnt believe it so he went down there to check it out himself and they said a tech had misdiagnosed it and it was not actually the problem. This was in the first 6 months of buying the car from them. Too many inconsistencies add up to, I just dont trust them to work on my cars anymore. I would never recommend buying a car from this place. Were back to looking for a mechanic we trust.

A good family friend has been recommending ARC for years. We purchased a 2007 Subaru Tribeca (which btw is no longer being made) from an owner via Facebook Marketplace. It was a good deal. We test drove it and loved it.A few months in we noticed there were several leaks. They werent bad at the time until we took it in for an oil change. We learned that there was an oil leak, a steering oil leak, a radiator leak. All of it was coming from the underbelly of the Subaru. It also needed breaks so overall the cost was thousands of dollars. We got a few estimates and even before each mechanic would look at it they would mention how expensive it would be.We decided to try ARC and we regret not going there sooner.First, they treat you like a person. We have had many car repairs on the several cars we own from the dealership to AAA to local shops, etc. Customer service is not always a great.Second, ARC does not play when it comes to estimates. Not even an hour later, they sent us via email and text an estimate of each repair WITH pictures showing what needs to get done. It was very detailed.We understood that our vehicle needed parts that needed to be ordered and some would take a few days. They consistently updated us on when they were arriving and gave us an estimate of when it would be done. Alot of places DONT do this.They saved us thousands of dollars. The vehicle runs like its brand new.I think what stood out is that even after the lead mechanic gave our vehicle a test drive, the owner came out and said he had to take it out on a test drive. I never seen that happen before. He then came back and reviewed the repairs with us.I have been back ever since and I am created not just by name but they ask how our other vehicles have been. They know their customers and their cars.ARC is another Dayton gem. They set the standard on customer service.Also, I enjoy the fact that I can pay via smart phone or in person. It makes the transaction so much easier.

Recently purchased a new vehicle, I had to take it to my guys over at ARC to make sure it was mechanically sound.Got an oil change and they fixed a tire that had a nail in it.They gave me a wrench-free inspection and gave the car a clean bill of health.Thats true peace of mind.A huge thank you to Judah and his team!

They mean well but Im not thrilled with the service. I took my van in for an alignment and oil change. They were running a deal on an oil change and lube but I never got the lube and when I asked what happened, they told me the guy who told me about the lube was fired. As for the alignment, they promised me it would be done by 1 the next day. I told them 3 would be fine. After calling 3 times, they asked me at 4 if I could pick it up the next day. It wasnt ready until after 5. Then they acted as if I was unreasonable to get upset when I told them when I needed it. Not going back

Ive had 2 cars repaired here multiple times and would recommend them to anyone. I like the fact they do a full workup of your vehicle (including pictures) at the first visit and send the findings for your review with no pressure. Who knew I have a rear window brake bulb out, or my exhaust hangers were almost rusted out! Good work gentlemen, and thank you!

I have a diesel 3500, explained the problem and within 30 seconds they knew what could be the problem. Diagnosed the entire truck for other issues. Thick is 15 years old and now drives like a new one. I think they saved me $75,000:)
