This small, locally run gallery is a great part of this community. I used to go here as a kid and wonder around looking at the art. Not to mention the opportunities to enter art in their shows, take art classes from top notch teachers and see some of the best local art available.
The DSA is the oldest visual arts organization in Dayton, founded in 1938. They buy and sell affordable artwork in all media 12X12X12 or smaller. It is a good place to buy art and buy local from this not for profit 5013c corporation. We visited this venue while it hosted the annual St. Ann Hill Historical Societys annual historic house tour and fund raiser.
DSA puts on really great figure drawing sessions once a month. Definitely stop by!
Absolutely lovely little organization! Look up their website to find the latest info before you take a trip down.
Great little local gallery. Good for intimate viewing and discussions with the artists and/or knowledgeable staff
Great building and great art.
I bet nobody votes Trump here
At a bit underwhelming, but they are trying.
