(Please read entire review)My wife and I were woke on Thursday night by something up in the attic. I started making calls Friday morning to all the wildlife removal companies. Most wanted a large amount to just look at the problem and all of them were very dismissive and rude over the phone. A local pest control company referred me to Mathew Story of Critter-Gitters and what a huge difference. Mathew was very patient and friendly on the phone. When he showed up his truck and his uniform were well kept, his manner was immediately helpful, 5 stars for customer service( very rare today). He was Meticulous when looking over the outside of of the house and attic. He identified the problem, explained it and gave me a solution. Today my attic is bird and squirrel free and the access point sealed up. The bill was very reasonable, i think he should have charged more, but I am very happy. Mathew I believe your company will prosper due to your great customer service and great work ethic. Thank you for making a possible nightmare into a wonderful experience.

Called them because of the great reviews, but just took my money and never finished the job. Came out Aug 9th or 10th and set traps in my attic, and was supposed to come back to seal entry point for chipmunks/rodents and look at another part of the house/attic. Has not returned or called, and has not responded to voice messages or text messages. His traps are still in my house, and problem not fixed.

We had a raccoon hole up in our attic a few days ago, and now its out and the entries are meshed to prevent it from happening again. This business is well priced, the response time of the crew was impressive, and the whole experience from start to finish was professional and thorough. They inspected, set a trap, then removed the raccoon the next day, all while checking for damages and straightening up the area. Would hire again.

Matthew is great, pleasant, reliable, and determined to make sure the customer is pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues capturing a critter. They do a great job communicating and being available. You will be satisfied with the finish work.

We just moved into our house last year and are really clueless about some of the upkeep. Definitely didnt anticipate a raccoon finding its way into our attic, but we knew we had an issue when we heard movement above us one evening. We called a few places, most of them charging $250 or so just to come inspect with higher costs if they found something. I found Critter Gitters through a quick Google search and called a day after we noticed the problem, and the owner of the company was really friendly and asked a lot of questions about the movement we were hearing and explained that hed come the next day to.check.out.the issue. our inspection was free, and we paid somewhere around $250 for removal. Within a couple of days, our raccoon was trapped and.removed.from our attic and the entry points (the mesh screens behind our gable vents) were fixed. Its been a couple of months and we havent had any issues sense. Well happily call Critter Gitters again if we ever have more pest issues, although we hopefully wont have to deal with that again.

Matthew removed a squirrel that was in the attic and sealed up the house. He was very helpful and took care of everything start to finish. Will be using him if I ever need his services again.

Had a possum that i caught in a live trap and they came out right away to take care of it!! Very nice people, fast service and gave some great advice! Will definitely be using them again if i have any other issues. Their price is unbeatable compared to other wildlife removal companies.

Highly recommend this company. Very pleased with their quick response . Came the same day we called. Friendly and knowledgeable. Discovered what appeared to be a family of five raccoons tearing up our yard. Traps were set. Raccoons were taken away. So far so good.

This company is great! Very friendly. We had some raccoons that were living in our attic and they continued to come out until they were gone. (Which took weeks because they kept finding ways in). They also fixed our roof and vents where the raccoons were entering. Always came out when we called.

Great Professional Service. Quick Response. Removed a couple of Squirrels from our Attic and closed the area they came in from.

Great person to deal with. He caught the ground squirrel and set another trap, but only caught a real squirrel which my son set free. He crawled under my deck to see if there were any signs of other entry places into my basement. There weren’t.

Fair, honest, great guys to work with! Caught a squirrel that was trapped between my first and second floor. Highly recommend them! Far less expensive than the other wildlife control guys.

Matt came out the same day I called, laid a trap to get the chipmunk I needed to have removed and within an hour there were 3 in the trap and Matt came back to get them so he could safely relocate them where they wouldnt cause any damage. He knows his stuff and the job was done quickly and efficiently and the price was completely reasonable.

Paid for a service that didnt work (Matt) and was told they would come back and try something different and subtract the amount I had already paid. No show for an appointment and now they wont return my calls or text.I will be reporting them to the BB .

I can’t thank Critter Gitter enough. Matt was so friendly, and very knowledgeable. He followed all Covid/social distancing protocol in a kind and efficient manner. We thought that we’ve had some skunks around and he gave me advice and tips on how to keep them from making our home, their home. I have been trying to get these squirrels that are in my roof and walls handled for over a month, and it has been a huge source of stress for me and my roommate. They arent the best at calling first to let you know they will be late, once a ladder was forgotten, and then they were supposed to stop by last Saturday and didnt show up at all. Wont return phone calls or texts. Its very upsetting. The guy ( Matt? ) is nice, but they arent reliable.

Had baby raccoon on back porch for a day notified Critter Gutters and they were here in 10 min to get it great company.

The owner answered the phone on a holiday, came to our house immediately, and expertly caught the feral cat that was hurt and trapped high up in our garage. He was as careful as possible to avoid the cat being injured any further (despite the cats best efforts) and his fee was extremely reasonable. Poor guy though, now hes on my speed dial. :-)

Critter Gitters caught the squirrels in my attic, removed the nest, and blocked the entry points. Very friendly, communicative and affordable.

So I came home one day from a long trip and heard meowing under my car. I looked up under my car and spotted a little nose with brown furr behind one of my wheels. It was a kitten! Somehow the little guy crawled in there and held on while I was driving. I couldnt drive knowing the kitten was under there so I called around and critter gitters was the only one who came out. About an hour later he arrived and managed to get the kitty out from underneath. The little guy wasnt physically injured but shooken up. Thank God 🙏. The guy who came out was friendly and helped me tremendous.

These guys are tops. Went above and beyond to get rid of my friend the squirrel in the attic. Although they never caught my squirrel friend, they did make sure she would not come back.
