Very very nice folks. I dropped off a box that I thought was going to USPS but I hadn’t read the label closely and it was really fed-ex. No worries! They sent it with the correct carrier and even was kind enough to look up and confirm that it had been delivered! Would recommend this business, great customer service, and all I did was drop off!

Great service, the staff are all wonderful, and the owner is very friendly. They handle lots of strange, big, or heavy packages for me, and have always gone above and beyond to help me, even helping me move large packages to from the store and my car. I use Pak Mail because the owner is always helpful and friendly. I do think their shipping markup is a little high but the service is worth it when you need extra help packing something for shipment.
