The ladies kept talking to each other and ignoring what I wanted done to my hair. She cut my hair shorter than I wanted it and my layers are so far apart that it looked like child did it instead. When I asked her to fix it she just said that it looked fine. They ignore what there female customers want and only pay special attention to there male customers.

My usual stylist was booked so I took my 3 year old daughter here. Mani gave her a cute bob for $19. Fast and friendly service. Good with kids!

I used to pay quite a bit for my haircuts and was happy for a while. When my stylist made a mistake, my husband suggested I take the leap & try Supercuts. Hesitant since its much cheaper, my first cut was a trim. My new stylist was excellent. Not only is she pleasant, she is precise. All ask questions and adjust per customer requests. This is my permanent hairstyling joint.

They never ever listen to instructions. No matter how many times you repeat that you want a tiny trim, they read off their computer that ten years ago, you wanted it super short, and thats what they do.They are very close to me so over the years Ive made the mistake of going back after a year or so, but the result is always the same.

I gave her a chance to cut my hair. I could tell she was doing it wrong , nothing drastic. Also, noticed all the other experienced stylists looking , but not offering her suggestions or help. And saw a stylist in open toes shoes, not OSHA ok.

Horrible!! Would not recommend it at all!!! My husband went there for a haircut, and a hairdresser made it much worse than what it was before! She did not looked at the picture what he showed her for the haircut he wanted, at all and obviously at the end it didn’t match even a little bit, didn’t put any finishing like gel or wax, just didn’t care. So disappointing.

Went to supercuts today and Stephanie cut my hair and she did an awesome job!! Stephanie was personable and professional,thank you supercuts

Used the online appointment link. No options for individual just grabbed my info from phone and needed the appointment for my wife, she went in and they said she didnt have an appointment.

Great business with affordable pricing. In particular, Stephanie is a wonderful hair stylist! She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted and cut it again a few days later when I realized I wanted it shorter for no extra cost, even adding a few extra layers and volume. Will continue to go back in the future!

Their fees increased a lot those last month, but Supercuts is still one the best place to get a trim in Davis.No overnight appointments but they are available all day long with a pretty short wait.They are pretty efficient and you will be done in 15

Terrible service. They kept pulling my hair while styling it. It was like being tortured rather than enjoying and relaxing the service. Not even listening to what I said; just doing their own thing. Only one person seems to be knowing her job ( Jessie is good the rest no hope). will never go back again.

The wait, the scheduled times. I was here waitting.. Theyre short handed I understand but they had a space available and the lady that was done decited to go on her 10... She took more than 10min.... It was an awful and extremely long wait.... Will not be coming here anymore.

Avoid like plague ! The worst expensive haircut I had in my whole life . Men haircut Cost $ 25. I knew that Supercuts are wild choice but never expected it to be this terrible . The lady trimmed the two sides in different lengths . The cuts were incoherent . You can see white spots in one side and the other side is completely covered. Had to go to a different dresser to fix it . Spend your money and time elsewhere.

It opens on time and provides service to the first person in line. I have had my hair cut there before. The stylist got my preferred hair cut info and asked me whether I wanted to use it So the haircut was quick and good.

Went in for a buzz cut. Took two minutes. They charged me seventeen dollars. Supposedly they just upped their prices, and regardless of the cut that is the minimum they will charge. I could understand that if it were a more upscale privately owned salon... But its not... Its Supercuts. The stylist even acknowledged that they were robbing people. The pricing board is small and strategically located where you wont see it when you enter. Even if you do see it, it doesnt clearly delineate the cut types. Buzz cut isnt even listed. Most barbershops in town will charge $10-$12 for a buzz. $15 is the most Ive ever paid. Go support a small business with reasonable prices. This place is anything but super.

Maybe 1 out of 3 times I come out of there happy with their services. People who cut the hair dont really seem like they listen to you and then they sort of just do their own thing to YOUR hair. For mens cuts it is even worse and my boyfriend has never walked out of there happy.

Great haircut at reasonable price

I have curly hair and my hair becomes really puffy and fizzy when its cut even a little bit. I thought I would regret cutting my hair but it turned out really great. Even tho it my hair is shorter and puffier, its stilled in a way which would reduce the puffiness. I never thought I would adore my new hair style.

Pretty good haircuts for a fair price. Its not a specialist whos doing your hair, so as long as you keep your expectations in check, youll get a pretty good haircut for a decent cost.

The haircut was fine, but the stylist was very rude to me. She insulted basically every aspect of what I asked for, which was super simple (half an inch off the length and some long bangs). I essentially got what I wanted in the end, but I shouldnt have to fight for my haircut. I wont go back.

Normally I hate my hair after I get it cut because it never ends up looking like how I Invision it, but this is the first Ive ever gotten a haircut Im 100% happy with. They did an amazing job.

I showed the a picture of a pretty common haircut and they gave me a completely different haircut. Not satisfied.

I made a 4:15 appointment for my kids and when we arrived we were told it would be 10 more minutes because they were busy. After that time expired, I told the person at the front desk to cancel our appointments. The individual did not apologize for missing our appointment time or misrepresenting the wait, which is the most disappointing part to me.
