Loved the experience here! The staff members are super friendly and helpful, they respond emails or questions promptly and never fails to solve the issues that I had. It’s quiet but very heartwarming :) would definitely recommend!

The on-site maintenance team is also great. They are available 24/7 for emergencies after regular hours & our responsive. Notes are left days in advance before any maintenance is done in our unit which we highly appreciate it. Though nobody is required for maintenance to occur!! ☺️

This place is a 5/5! Shoot, it’s a 10 out of 5! It’s awesome! From the ultra friendly and attentive staff to the super sweet facilities…. The Willows has it all! I thought transitioning from a big house to an apartment was going to be a challenge as a single mom, but it has been nothing short of fantastic! My kids and I feel safe around the clock with their security and with the location. The residents are all cool folks, most of them are UC Davis students. Everyone is respectful of each other and they keep the complex superbly clean! As a resident of The Willows, I’m also able to have a membership to the Stonegate Country Club for a completely reasonable fee. Score!After taking many tours of local apartment complexes in town, I’m 100% positive that I made the right choice when I chose The Willows!

They are always so helpful, and do a lot to give back to the residents! 10/10 recommend

The entire team here is amazing !!The on-site property management communicates consistently, plans various engagement activities, Easter egg hunt with prizes, among others throughout the year and provides coffee in the mornings by the pool! Today they hosted a Tandem Organic Farm pop up where free organic produce was available!✨✨✨✨✨✨I was planning on moving but there’s could not find another apartment complex with such punctual, communicative,flexible, and social team. So we decided to and upgrade from a 2br/1ba to a 3bd/2bd as we’re a group of undergrad roommates. Another nice plus is that the deposits are comparatively low though and there is no additional cost for applying to rent here!Minus one star simply because the kitchens are slightly outdated but it’s pure aesthetics.

Neighbors and staff are so kind and the neighborhood around is cute and quiet. This has been my favorite apartment to live in Davis :)

Clean apartment complex and friendly staff

I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes (in Davis/Woodland region) over the last 5 years and life at Willows has been the best experience. I can definitely say that it is my favorite place in my last 10 years in the US. When I first moved in, I lived in their model unit and later moved to a regular 2BR unit.Excellent management: The entire team goes above and beyond to address any requests. Every single time I went to them, I have walked out of the office as a happy person. I am moving out of Willows next week and the management was also very helpful with the subleasing process.Commute to campus: Well connected by P and Q lines. D and K lines are about 6-7 min walk from Willows.Shopping: For any quick needs, K-circle is just across the road. They never say NO to give quarters for laundry.Gym/Laundry/Parking: Gym is small but is open 24 hours. Laundry is also open 24 hours. It is busy in weekends. Parking is free and there are no reserved spots.Pleasant surroundings: Lot of green spaces within the complex. Also, very pleasant to go for a run along the adjacent farms. As a Willows resident, one can also avail membership for the Stone Gate Club for a 10$ fee (per month).

Lived here for over 2 years and it has been great. Have never had a problem with noise or bugs. Management is always super helpful and maintenance requests get handled really quickly.
