Whenever they needed to do service in the apartment or around it they didn’t give much of a heads up. The AC was really inefficient and outdated. Washer and dryer only coin operated which is really difficult during a coin shortage. Honestly not worth the insane rent we paid.

Excellent location with great service.One of the best attributes of Temescal Apartments is its staff Pam Kendra and Mike make their best to give excellent service. We spent there six months on a sublease and would have stayed longer if there was availability.

Pat at Temescal is wonderful to work with. We have been a vendor for this property for years. It is really nice to see management care about the cleanliness of its property as much as we care about helping too.

Theres sometimes issues with getting in house work done (fixing garbage disposal, cabinets, fire alarms moved, etc.), but other than that, its nice. Includes a pool, hot tub, and sauna and a small playground. Wash and dry are very reasonably priced.
