I been working on a patent for over a year and everywhere i go seems like they just wana take my money. I spoke to jay and even tho my project is a lil over whelming he took time not once but twice to guide me in right direction and even school me on stufff gave me knowledge mind u im a total stranger. Biggest and most expensive mistake I have ever made. $15,000 and 1 year wasted. Poor communication, poor craftsmanship, dishonest. Beware! 😭 After an 8 month wait for a mold by Fernando Gomez with cavities that do not align and 4 production runs with 75% defective units I had to cut my losses and move on to another vendor.

The entire staff was informative and professional. They guided us from initial conception, modifications,and final product. At one stage of our project we were in China at the mold factory and required last minute changes to our CAD files. Gerardo was absolutely wonderful in staying in touch with us, updating our files, and seeing that we met our deadline. We have other concerns we wish to bring to the market. We will be back at Blue Ring Technologies.

Every time I speak with Jay, I have to express my sincere gratitude. He has been working with us for over a year now, helping us to perfect our product. He has invited me in for meetings when he sensed that the conversation would be better in person rather than an email, because sometimes its better to show than tell. On one meeting my mother-in-law came with me as we were doing errands together. I was so touched at how welcoming Jay was to her and invited us both to the back and explained to us the entire process of how molds work and what exactly it was we were going to order. Again, seeing things work can really one to understand things better than reading about it in an email or on the internet. Jay cares for his customers and guides to the best of his knowledge. He takes the time, I speak from experience, to educate his customers. My background is nowhere near engineering, (English education major) and he takes the time to help me understand so much. I am so glad we, (my husband and I) met just a couple of years ago. Without him, I dont know where our product would be today. Anthony is great at what he does with CAD; hell listen and draw out what developers are looking for - they made for me a wonderful, working advanced prototype that does everything I envisioned it to do! Jay has been great with helping me throughout the development of my product the Spoon Buddy™. We have worked great together from 3D printing to the final mold for production. Everything received from Jay is always in the highest quality and everything he does surpasses my expectations. The product development process can be long and grueling at times but when you are working with Jay you know you are in the right hands! He really helps you out in the best of his abilities by suggesting companies to work with for patents, packaging, logistics, etc. I cant wait to begin on my first injection molding run next week! Jay and Ashley have been working to obtain a product with high quality. They were able to obtain the final CNC prototype with optimum results. I’m really happy to have been working with them.Regarding to the price I think it was fair, but mainly the result (the most important issue) was excellent. I really recommend this company for innovators and inventors who want to see a handmade prototype converted in a professional CNC prototype using the appropriate software to get the file able to reproduce in a CNC machine.I’m planning to continuous working with this company in this project and other projects in the future.

Found out from family members with the secret service office in New York city (Brooklyn office) today that JAY PENDER OF BLUE RING TECHNOLOGY WAS INTENTIONALLY SABOTAGING OUR DESIGN BECAUSE OF OUT SIDE INFLUENCE. THIS WILL BE LANDING JAY PENDER IN FRONT OF A FEDERAL JUDGE REALLY SOON DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME. HE WONT BE ABLE TOO FINISH ANYTHING REAL SOON HES LOOKING AT A LIST OF FEDERAL INDICTMENT COMING DOWN UPON HIM. THANKS MATHEW DOWLINGComplete waste of time and money. Wasted 6 months and thousands of dollars trying to work with this company. 2 design never finished with complete design and drawings, this company doesnt use a note pad or a pen, never took a single note in the hole process. 6 months into this debacle, I started getting shakedown by Jay the owner, for more money after he was paid in full 4 months prior, and still didnt have one thing as we discussed over and over in meetings. Never used a recording device like our present company. 6 months and I am now having to get attorneys involved, while we were in meetings other customers were coming into our meetings and Jay was putting out fires with others. This was a clear example of unprofessional services. His business partner Lou was supposed to help with developing our websiteand marketing strategy, which quickly turned into another debacle really quickly. Once again not a single note taking in both processes. Then when we had to use attorney to retrieve our drawings which we finally got something that resembles my ideas incomplete and not functional. Our first designer gave us drawings ,and we forward this to blue ring technology and told them 6 times the changes that we were looking for, and 6 times he gave us back the exact same thing we already had. LolAfter our 6th meeting, I was informed by Jay himself that I needed to start putting things in writing, this was after I gave him everything in writing 4 times before, after I showed him in a time line manner that he was given everything to do what was needed, he then started the shakedown process . we started the attorney process. Im now waiting 7 months for the complete set of drawings with a stamp by his firm, which was never delivered. This business is over there heads in problems because Lou his partner is a sales rep for a paint company and doesnt really work at Blue ring technology, his assistant Ashley( in the prior reviews)is part time and was more interested in telling me about her social activities then writing down the information which was being communicated. He then charged me for drawings that he or no manufacturer could ever produced, because this was another fine example of being over his head in his business. Our new design staff provided these sketches at no charge with 3 designs to choose from. This company is a complete scam an waste of time and money .I also feel like he was trying to sabotage our designs and products. Buyers beware. Just to update you on this company Ashley in the reviews is there in house artist. There last review is from another one of Jays relatives, as two one of there first reviews, this was his sister in law, which was going to help us in the pattern process, which when I found this out, i went with another law firm. 2 months has gone by drawings are antiquated for the injection molding company, have to hire another company to finish and do it correctly because there 1st design is incompletely flawed.
