Ive ordered items from this company a few times and they are all great items!The tights they have fit great and the masks they now have are basic and comfortable. I wonder if this location is their headquarters or their warehouse as well?Ill be ordering again from them again soon! 👍🏾

Never again. Ever.I ordered multiple items for my boys on April 13th. These are shipped through DHL and were lost on April 16th (that package still has not moved). I contacted them and let them know it was lost, and they sent a replacement. The replacement is missing items that I was still charged for, and they have not yet responded. The sizing is NOT what they have on their website. These “youth” sleeves MIGHT fit my cat, or maybe my toddler. So disappointed.*EDITED IN RESPONSEYes, it was refunded after I wrote this. Unfortunate. I did review the sizing charts and what I received was not in line with that. You guys charge for returns- it wasn’t worth the time or money. Sold them to a friend whose kid has tiny arms. I ordered 5 sleeves- one fit. I placed an order to replace one of them for a severely disappointed kid who got the matching headband. Fingers crossed that this one doesn’t get lost. Still will never hassle with this company again & will shop local.

Theres nothing better than comfort and style. So many options. I can now where my face mask in public depending on my color sequence. Thank you so much. But keep in mind if you try to reach out to customer service. It took me a few days. Eventually we were able to communicate. Customer service is a pleasure when you get a hold of them. Its so with the wait. I love my urban style masks. I can not imagine how busy they are currently. So again these masks are great, breathable, light, modern & washable. There neurons 5 stars. If you purchase enjoy.

I used the cleaning cloth they sent me with only filtered water and it scratches up the inside of my visor after only having it for one day. Product states it’s scratch resistant. After having issues getting ahold of this company and getting them to answer the phone, because they won’t return e-mails or voicemails as I tried for weeks. I spoke with a female and found a way to resolve my issue by sending me a new visor for the scratches I got using the cleaning cloth they sent me. I even offered to return the one I had, but was told there was no need to. I finally received my replacement, but it took a two weeks of me calling every day to get someone to answer to make sure that happened. She states I would receive a confirmation order via email to tell me when it would arrive, which I never did and now can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return e-mails or voicemails again. Never will I buy from this company again.

Ive never been there personally but I have ordered a couple things from sleefs and the quality is top notch. I had no idea they were a Florida company when ordering. Their face masks are super comfortable and very effective. By effective I mean if you blow as hard as you can through the mask onto a flame.... The flame doesnt move at all. And yet I can still breath. Also I got a fun print and I get smiles and compliments all day every day.

Poor customer service ... very poor. I ordered a customized back plate skin for my son last optimist All start football game before playing for high school. I didnt receive it so i called sent an email and Christine responded 2 days later, i advised my problem she advised it would be reshipped. 3 days later i had to send another email to see when it would be shipped she advised me it was shipped the same day 10/28/2020 . It was not shipped the same day and needless to say i didnt have my product until afterwards.. Very rude refused to refund or store credit . I run 4 football teams and I have children that play football ... I will NOT be using this store for any of my needs this season and this store came highly recommended to me for there QUALITY.. However customer service BEATS out QUALITY IN MY BOOK. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER LOCALLY. Seems like the further away i order the better customer service i get.

I recommend this company 100%. My wife and I ordered from Sleefs a few times now and were very pleased! The products were delivered either on time or early. The quality is great. We had a small issue with one mask and we contact customer support about it. They resolved the issue less then 24 hours and with the upmost professionalism. This company cares about its customers and is very responsive!

I stopped by their warehouse when I noticed how close they are to me and even though they do not have a show room they were so inviting and kind to me and my son. They fitted him to ensure we knew what sizes we needed and even helped us with placing our order. If you are local you can pick up your online order approximately 2/3 hours after placing it. Just call them immediately after purchase and let them know youre local and would like to pick it up instead of having it shipped. They will even reimburse the shipping charges!

The mask I ordered and paid 2 day delivery never arrived. Contacted sleefs and received only a refund for the 2 day shipping and not the mask. Dont use their services unless you enjoy your money being stolen.

Product not at all how they described on their site. Purchased a Sleeve, came with a hole in it, instead of orange got red. Also purchased a hat from them, material is very cheap, brim of hat is fuzzy almost velvet, and what was supposed to be dark grey is a shiny metal look. Wouldnt recommend to anyone and will not buy anything from them again.

There sleeves are very good and durable, but I had a bad experience with there shipment. I had ordered an extra 3-5 day shipping, and the package came 2 days later than expected. Overall though, a great product.

Company does not back their exchange policy, yet they keep those goods and refuse to send replacements. They claim it hasnt been received by them, however the post office says different. 3 sleefs, $20+ later, and no sleefs. BEWARE

I have ordered 4 different times from Sleefs and the last two have been completely incorrect. One time I waited 2 months for a Sleef that I ordered and then they turned around and said it was out of stock but they would send to me as soon as they had it back in stock, all of a sudden I received an email stating they were canceling my order and refunding my money per my request. I emailed immediately and told them I wanted the Sleef and I never canceled the order. After going back and forth in email and them changing their story as to why the canceled my order they basically told me too bad the order was canceled and I couldnt reorder.Now because Im so frustrated with their customer service or lack there of I waited awhile before ordering again, I know mistakes happen but I just received this order and they sent me the wrong Sleef, the one that I did order is out of stock, cant wait to hear what they tell me now.

Got to the store at 4pm one hour before they close and the door was lock.I rang the door bell and no one will answer.I take a peek through the glass and there was someone in the office but just refuse to open the door,and yes he saw me looking at him! Horrible service!!!!

After doing a review I was finally contacted by customer service and they have replaced the gloves.
