I just realized I have never written a review for the BEST IT guy on the planet. I have been using Todd for a few years now and I recommend him to all my friends & neighbors. He is excellent at his craft, gives old fashioned customer care, hes so reliable, reasonable pricing and just an all around good human. We run a small plumbing contracting business so having IT issues can hurt our livelihood and Todd is always there to make sure we are up and running as quickly as possible. Alpha Technical was able to solve multiple problems between Windows 10 and my 10-year old desktop, a MS Office shutdown, and more. Todd often responds same day with house call or remote software fixes. Patient with my questions. Seeks lowest cost solutions. Honest and quick.

Todd was awesome, called him after dinner and he came right over ( he lives in Laguna isles) he spent an hour at the house, couldnt fix it. Took it home and had it completely fixed by next day with many upgrades that I didnt even know I needed. And very reasonable.

I just want to a give a huge shout out to Todd Lind. On Thursday I had some major issues with my laptop which basically left me unable to use my laptop for business. I called Todd who immediately helped me troubleshoot some potential issues. When that didnt work he came by Friday took my laptop and fixed the issues over the weekend. He had me back and running by Monday morning.As a small business owner Todd has been a God send. His personal touch for service was great and very reasonable prices. I would recommend Todd Lind blindly to anyone who needs help with their computers. Oh he also pulled out an SDS Card from my sons computer that has to be sent in to be replaced.
