We have used John Wulfs for about 15 years to pump our septic tank, and inspect it. Under their care it has been worry free. Marshall, who had a great work ethic, knowledge of septic systems, and personality, was our first serviceman. We always called Wulfs because of him, then Kris (Marshalls son) came, and he had the same work ethic, knowledge, and personality as his father. What a pleasant surprise. We couldnt be happier with the service we have gotten, and would definitely recommend them.

Chris came to see the size of risers that needed to be installed on my septic system after my call on Thursday. By Friday afternoon the two risers were installed. Quick, efficient, and personable service! Awesome!

We had several entertaining conversations. I live in Clinton, and John Wulfs Septic Tank Service is located in the Quad Cities, so they had a bit of a drive, but were STILL on time! Chris and Jessie came out to pump my house and two rental house septics for me AND do an inpection. He was quick and did a great job. Answered all my questions (and i had a lot). I even had questions after he left. I called their office. They ask chris to call me and I received the call within 10 minutes. That 1950s customer service and thats why I will use them again. Call the Wulf’s day after a Holliday & an ice storm and they came out next day and saved us from the dreadful “shi—ers full” Christmas Vacation saga going on at my residence.
