The service department here is horrible. Dropped my car off and they told me itd be 30 minutes to adjust my headlights. I also asked if theyd wash it (theyre complimentary service) and check the alignment and tires. I waited an hour and a half before they came and said itd be hundreds of dollars to fix so I politely said no thank you. Well it took the. 1.5 hours just to tell mw that an dis NOTHING else. Took my car home and the front headlight was out completely. Opened the hood and the headlight was smoking. Come to find out they didnt even put the headlights back in and it was burning the rubber around the headlight. Left the service manager two messages and couldnt call me back. When I buy my new Lexus this spring I wont be giving them my business.
