Was driving from Boston to DC when i had a flat tire. Called a few tire shops, no one had run-flats in that size. Called a nearby BMW dealer and they recommended Darien BMW b/c they had stock. After some back and forth on whether they could fit me in that day for service they did replace the tire and got me back on the road again! Thrilled with flexibility of their service team!

I will start off my review by saying I am normally not the type to do these kind of reviews, however after speaking with colleagues who also lease luxury vehicles about my experience they told me I should not stay quiet.I came into BMW Darien to get a check engine light looked at on my leased 2020 BMW 330i. I normally go to the Port Chester service center as I leased my car through BMW Mamaroneck. However, being that I live in Stamford I decided to go to BMW of Darien.My first complaint arose when no transportation was provided. I live about a 10 minute drive from the dealership in Stamford (1.5 miles) yet was not offered a shuttle to/from even though I elected for it when I scheduled the service. I had to go through the inconvenience of calling an Uber.The check engine code was for a lower radiator blind, which I was informed is not covered by warranty... The main reason I leased the car was to be under the BMW new car warranty. Given that the part doesnt affect driving and is mostly related to emissions, I declined to get the $1,200 job done. Once I declined my advisor still charged me a $200 diagnostic fee which I find disappointing given thats its a leased car. I did not make a big deal and payed the fee anyway. They did not even have the courtesy to remove the check engine light !!!Finally they didnt even have the courtesy to wash the car... Every time I bring my car to the BMW Port Chester service center for routine maintenance, I am provided with a loaner, amazing service, AND my vehicle is washed. I dont know if its because I did not lease my vehicle through BMW Darien but either way I will recommend my friends and colleagues to go to BMW of Mamaroneck/Port Chester.

AMAZING service! I purchased a certified BMW in May from BMW of Darien. They had the exact 7 series I was looking for so I drove a couple hours from New Jersey to get it. Tim Haines and the rest of his team made the sales experience simple and quick. Last week I had an unexpected minor issue with the vehicle and reached out to Tim. Tim connected me to the service manager, Trevor Martin. The next day, Trevor had a member of his service team, Dean, drive from CT to NJ to deliver me a loaner and take my car back to Darien for service. Upon completion of the repair, Dean delivered my car back to my office in NJ. There was ZERO inconvenience on my part, just amazing service and care from everyone involved at BMW of Darien. I would stay far away from this dealership if you want good customer service. I was dealing with a sales rep by the name of Jeremey who took my credit application at 11:30am and I have made several calls and attempts to communicate with him in regards to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I have called, left voice messages and even texted to no avail. He called me back at 4:45pm to get a answer for me. I would not recommend going here if you want a vehicle

I used Bmw dealership in white plains NY. I don’t have much to say about them. They’re very expensive and shady. Then I googled Bmw near me and found Bmw of Darien.Called and made an appointment. I couldn’t believe how helpful and knowledgeable Tiffany at call center was.I went to my appointment and was greeted by the service manager who was so polite and helpful. I was sent to Frank from service who took care of everything. By far this is the best service Bmw dealership I’ve ever experienced.Frank kept in touch with me and updated me every step of the way. I wouldn’t recommend any other dealership for any service.They’re truly exceptional. Thanks to the whole team. I am truly impressed with this dealer services.

Bait and switch. Sold a car back in May which they havent managed to remove from their website, and this cross-links to autotrader, cars.com, kbb.com etc when searching for similar vehicles. I called about this vehicle four weeks ago and they told me it sold, but its still up so I called again to see what the deal was and a rep from the dealer confirmed it sold in May but if I give my contact info theyll call when they get something similar (theyre going to sell your contact info to marketers BTW.) What theyre doing is a textbook bait and switch and shows extremely poor taste and business practices which BMW is supposedly above... pretty shady IMO and very off putting.

Horrible customer service. Found car online, and asked salesperson Jeremy for a Facetime walk through to make sure it was OK before buying it. He said hed get it and call me back in 2 minutes. Called back 25 minutes later and I couldnt talk because I was at Doctor. I called and texted him back 25 minutes after that for the walk through and he didnt answer, call, or text back. 4 Hours later, when I asked what happened, he told me the car was sold in the 25 minutes I was at the doctor. Glad I waited by the phone for 4 hours for nothing.

We recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned X3 here. The reception and service we received first from Sebastian Mortenson and then from Anthony Martinez was nothing short of outstanding. We found the car on line and spoke with Seb on a Friday afternoon. We drove over the following Sat morning and he had the car ready for us and gave us the opportunity to drive it alone so we could discuss it and feel more comfortable. After the drive he offered us a very straight forward deal on our trade in and was open about the price, and possible financing options. There was NONE of the usual back and forth, and let me talk to my manager, business. It was the first time in our lives we felt like the process was open and understandable. We thought it over and requested some body work be done on the car. Seb agreed and when we came back several days later the car looked great. We worked with Anthony, who had answers to all our questions, and in @ 30 minutes it was finished. Honestly, these two gentlemen worked seamlessly together to make the experience painless and actually pleasant. We had been thinking of going to a dealership closer to home, but these two made the drive MORE than worth it. We will be return customers for LIFE. Believe us - this place is different: honest, straight up, well run (family run) and they will treat you like you deserve to be treated when you spend the kind of money this brand requires.

Ive been hesitant to take my car into the dealership for service because I always assumed the rates would be significantly higher than my local mechanic. However, my experience at BMW of Darien today changed everything! First of all, service pricing was extremely competitive. For the customer service and amenities available (I used their shuttle service to take me to work while my vehicle was serviced), it was an amazing value. Everyone was super friendly and very engaged (a happy staff really makes a very noticeable difference in the customer experience!). It was a very comfortable vibe from beginning to end. But the superstar today was truly my service advisor, Liz Escobar. She was amazingly competent and her customer service was outstanding - from the initial consultation, the follow up via text while I was at work, and her complete explanation of my services completed and recommend upcoming services. I will ONLY bring my vehicle to BMW of Darien for my service from now on... and my next upgrade. They made a customer for life from me today!

I wish I purchased from here, but I did not. I ran into a major issue when I purchased from BMW in Bridgeport and I looked to other locations and it’s because of Vince Robustello at the Darien location that I will continue to be a BMW customer. He is Director of Parts and Service and he understands customer care. He knows any car better than anyone there and I know he’s not in sales but I know that if I have interest in purchasing or upgrading my vehicle I will go to him first. Thank you! BMW Darien service is awesome. The guys who work there are all so friendly and helpful. They bring an umbrella to your car if it’s raining. Open the door if your hands are full. Nick, my service rep, was great. I am a woman and know a lot about cars, I’ve bought all my cars and have even changed my battery, headlights and always change my own flat tires. Not afraid to look under the hood. Most (if not all) salesmen and service reps are usually condescending and talk over me as if I don’t know what I’m talking. Nick was not that way. He was real and not slick. So nice.The ladies at the front desk are nice too and I love that they provide a loaner when you drop your car.5 stars for BMW Service!!

Had a bit of unfortunate experience with my 328i, needed a full engine replacement due to a bad timing chain. While I opted to not replace the engine, I could not be happier with my experience with the staff. Frank took the time to examine the car and reach out to his rep to get the best possible price he could for me. Although it was still expensive, he managed to get me a considerably better price. Upset to lose my BMW, but I would definitely recommend this dealership due to their great customer service and dedication to do right by the customer.

I decided to give this dealer a second chance after a prior negative experience with them, several employees involved. This was a huge mistake... I purchased a 2017 M240i from them, at time of purchase I needed to pay past property taxes which I was unaware of, in order to register vehicle. At the time, I was given the impression storing the vehicle, even for an extended time, was not a problem... The sales rep, Trevor, even stated it could stay there until Christmas for all he cared, this dealer like most will say one thing or give the impression thereof then turn around do another... I was then harassed about storage of vehicle and negative reviews made, I received a call from Anthony Martinez requesting me to remove one or more made which I did as a courtesy to my sales rep whom was nice enough to give me a ride home after issue with tax bill/registration.. Extended them this courtesy was a HUGE mistake, regret it later....When I picked up vehicle, an item was discovered missing then later deemed stolen, I left a USB car charger inside, it was nowhere to be found when I picked up vehicle. I was charged $1,800 in storage fees which I believe to be bogus, they technically store cars there all the time as they have several on lot which are unsold...I had to pay these fee to get car out only to have an item stolen out of it...when I brought it to the attention of the owner, Paula Callari, I was brushed off and told to enjoy my car...I would enjoy my car if I bought it elsewhere...This dealership is like most dealer, say one thing, turn around and do another. Lie and steal from their customer.

I got ripped off by their service team. I would frequently return for a new run flat tire. They told me I needed a new wheel since it was bent. I ended up spending hundreds on a new wheel every time. I was never told that they could be reshaped at a machine shop or that the wheels still had value or if I wanted to keep them.I have a suspicion that members of the service team did so to profit for themselves by doing just that with wheels that the dealership considered waste and preying upon those without sufficient knowledge.BMW Ridgefield told me the other option and I was stunned. I only go to Ridgefield now, even though it’s a bit farther.

I came into BMW of Darien on a busy Saturday and the sales representative I was going to meet with was busy with another customer. So instead of making me wait, as many other dealerships would, they quickly introduced me to Chris who already had keys in hand for the vehicle I came to see. He showed it to me, and knew how to operate every feature. We test drove it, and then Chris was able to answer every question I had. He explained in detail the benefits of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW many of which I was unaware, and the next business day I came in to close the deal. The car was detailed and spotless. They set me up with Julian to sign papers and he was also able to answer every question I had, and I had many. Working with such knowledgeable people gave me a high level of confidence I was working with a top level dealership and getting a quality vehicle to match. I would recommend BMW of Darien to my own mother, knowing even she would give it the thumbs up. Great job guys.

All service & repairs done by dealers are expensive. And BMW of Darien isn’t an exception. However, they are extremely friendly and courteous, besides getting the work done. From Freddie who checks you in, to Frank, our service rep, I always feel good about bringing our cars here. Frank will keep me abreast of updates and precisely when the car is ready for pick up. And, Freddie, besides always smiling, makes sure I’m comfortable while I’m there. Need a ride home while work is being performed? No problem. Freddie will arrange it. And the shuttle driver who takes you home is no less courteous and friendly, too!

I think this is a repair shop that looks for ways to run up the bill. Just be careful. They cost quite a bit, and they seem to “find” a lot of problems that might not really be problems

I have worked with 4-5 BMW dealerships across the country over the years and BMW of Darien is HANDS DOWN the best I have experienced. They are courteous, prompt, thoughtful, helpful and I trust them. They have done great service and taken care of a few pesky recalls. When I am ready to purchase another BMW I would definitely work with them. Lets face it, car shopping can be a daunting and stressful experience, especially for a used vehicle. I went to several dealerships before I stopped in at BMW of Darien traveling from NYC. BMW dealerships in Brooklyn and NJ were unwilling to negotiate on vehicle prices and gave laughable trade-in offers. When I made a stop at BMW of Darien, I was not pressured to purchase - in fact, Jim treated me with professionalism and allowed me to drive the vehicle in a spirited manner even before taking down my information. After 30 minutes of inspecting and driving the vehicle, Jim made a deal for both the trade-in and the purchase. I left the dealership extremely happy and Jim took care of everything for me. The little details matter the most - I asked for an extra set of keys; he made it happen. I asked for weather mats; he made it happen. I asked if I can pick up the car the next morning; he made sure the vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Ill be coming back for my next vehicle purchase and service needs. Great staff and dealership.

The salesman i did business with was great, with one exception, he promised to mail a bottle of touch up paint, because they did not have the color in stock. Free of charge. Guess what ? the paint never showed up.

Service at BMW of Darien is always great, especially when working with Vince P. My problem is that things are constantly going wrong with my X5 diesel and it only has 100,000 miles on it , and the repairs are very expensive and not covered by the warranty. Ive been a loyal BMW customer for over 30 years, but this always seems to happen with the older cars and it has me questioning my loyalty to their products.
