After speaking with several shops in Delaware County about an issue with my 2018 Ram exhaust system (Dealer Also) and no one wanting to help I decided to call this Meineke center and wow after speaking with Mike about the problem he said bring it in. On looking at my problem he said he could fix the problem. Mike and his team did a superb job and I could not be happier. This is definitely my go to shop now with all my vehicles. I gave them two stars cause when I called to make an appointment the man was nice. Was told a inspection and oil change would take an hour. I assume they tell everyone to come in at the same time because everyone and their mother was there. Three customers walked out while I was dropping my car off, probably should of got the hint. I waited till around 11 to call back and see if they started my car, he said he hasn’t and that it will be done by 1. So I came back around 1:20 and it still wasn’t done. Very unprofessional. You guys are loosing a lot of money with the way it’s ran. If I’m told an hour it should be done at that time. Maybe try setting appointments at different times so people don’t have to waste their time waiting five hours for a 40 min job. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you have all day to waste without a vehicle.

Such a courteous, accommodating group of professionals. They squeezed me in even though they had a busy schedule, got the work finished quickly and efficiently, and made informative maintenance recommendations. They really went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable. I’m completely satisfied with my experience and will continue to have my car serviced here.

My daughter engine seized after having Meineke service 2 of her oil changes within 6 months.A licensed mechanic informed us that her vehicle was below 2 1/2 quarts of oil in her car caused the engine to seized! There are no leaks in the vehicle.Where did the oil go from the 2 oil changes that Meineke provided. The car just stopped in mid traffic.

I couldnt believe how hassle free it was. No appointment needed and the job was done in 3 hours, at Midas it wouldve been all day long.

Dropped off my car and they called me within 30 minutes to tell me they could have it done that day. Only took about an hour and the price was hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other place I called. Very friendly also. Mike is great. Would highly recommend and I’ll be back for any other needs!

Though it was a wait everyone was very friendly and professional, my only problem is both of my back seat window buttons were missing which the guy that repaired my car could have cared less, had I not mentioned it he wasn’t going to say a thing but he did find one on my floor of the front drivers seat. I was told I would hear from them if they find the next one but I will be reaching out to them. My front drivers seat window piece was loose. It was like I tipped him for breaking my pieces off the windows of my car. He had no reason for touching my back window buttons it had nothing to do with a muffler replacement.Now I have to check car to see if anything else is damage or missing. Things like that makes me second guess. I was already feeling uneasy because I had a very bad experience with Meineke Car Center several years back for damaging my car but something far way bigger than this situation and they tired to rip me off on top of that at a different location..I guess, he was the manager, he kept me informed and answered all my questions. He told me it would take the guy to hours and a half to repair my car, my question is if you specialize in this, why so long??? So I feel like that was added on to charge me for extra labor and because I’m a female.So overall my experience wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t what I would had liked.PSS.Maloney

My actual name is Deon. Went here to get a Magnaflow exhaust put onto my 325xi and Mike helped me out. Trustworthy guy and great customer service. Respectful all the way through. I gotta give it 4 out of 5 because after it was done, I feel like there is an exhaust leak somewhere due to a pretty high hissing noise.

My favorite place to go. Mike is very professional. Most places get over on women but not here. Prompt reasonable prices straight forward.

Went in with some exhaust pipe issues, Mike and his team were professional on getting the job done. Mike explained and showed where the crack was, how it was going to be fixed, also gave another suggestion on another that issue that should be fixed, they fixed that as well as getting my registration tags updated as well. Prices weren’t high at all for the tasks completed. Would go back there again in a heartbeat with car issues. Only downside is not being able to make an appointment, so it’s first come first serve, get there early if you plan to take the car in.

I recently purchased manafold headers and catalytic converter pipes both bolt on. I wanted it dont right. I wanted perfessionals to do the job so i came to them. Mike told me a price and said for that price he will do everything to make it right They installed it and it was done fast. When i got there i started the car and heard a leak from the front. I told them and they made me wait till closing time. They then sealed the leak. I left and drove down the street and it blew again. I went back 3 times before they refused to fix my car. They said they told me which they did not i needed a flex pipe. Thay have Them on shelf I now have to take it to another shop for repairs and more money. Thanks

I always go to Meineke on McDade for oil change and more, this time the customer service was horrible. Got there at 725 am and waited a good 3 hours with no apologies.smdh.

Dishonest people. Recently went there to fix a weird sound coming from my car, they said they could fix it for $500. After agreeing to pay $500, they later said that the car has additional issues and needed to charge me another $300. I declined the shady offer, paid for the $500 service and left. As I was driving back home I noticed my car was making worse noises than before. They gave me back my car in worse condition then when I dropped it off. These people are very shady and dishonest. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at an auto shop. The gentlemen lied straight to my face and blatantly spoke down to me. I had a requested them to use 5w 20 oil and they used 5w30 for some reason and lied straight to my face saying that the computer system uses 5w30 automatically. they also did not rotate my tires did not check my tire pressure and did not top off my fluids for the $70 oil change. very unprofessional the men did not wear masks and I did not feel safe after leaving with them not sanitizing and not cleaning my car. Wrong oil, no fluid top off, no tire rotation, no tire pressure check was done, and Im almost positive that they did not change my filter... DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE WALMART AUTO

Dropped my truck off Friday night before close to have two exhaust leaks repaired and received a call at 10:30 Saturday morning that my truck was ready. Mike explained everything to me thoroughly and I couldn’t be happier with how my truck feels and sounds now. Meineke in Darby is definitely a business that has their customers best interests in mind.

I made an appointment online and checked all the things I needed to have done. I got to the appointment and told the front desk about my appointment and repeated what needed to be done. My car was taken in and I was told I would receive a call. 5 hours went by and I did not receive a call. I went back and was told the front desk only informed the mechanic of 2 of the 5 things I needed done. They could not do the remaining things by that time because it was the end of the day. I was also informed that they never received my appointment in their system.

I usually deal with Mike, I believe he is the manager. He is courteous and professional. Gets back to me on time with quotes and work to be done. To date, I dont have any negative complaint about this place.

I took my car in because my wipers stopped working. Mike took it apart and checked it out and told me I needed a new motor. My car was also inspected. The price was right and he called me during the day with updates which was great. Great workmanship.

THEY TOLD ME MY AIR WASNT WORKING BECAUSE MY ENGINE FAN WAS BROKE. TOOK IT TO A BUDDY WHO SHOWED THAT MY AC SYSTEM WASNT CHARGED PROPERLY AND THAT THEY DIDNT PURGE THE SYSTEM CORRECTLY. HE LET SOME OF THE GAS OUT OF THE LOW SIDE OF AC PORT NOW MY AIR IS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE NOW. NO ENGINE FAN WAS NEEDED.

This place of business didnt open untill 730 I arrived at the location at 630 as I pulled up there was a worker entering he stated we dont open until 730 I said I know I just wanted to know where I could park he showed me after I arrived 10mins later 2 other people showed up when it was time to enter they asked who was here first I said I was the older man said no you werent I was here first I said sir I was here at 630 he said no no you werent, I asked the employee that was there opening up when I arrived sir can you please tell this man I was here when you were pulling in the employee shrug his shoulders like Im not in it I just looked at him stepped back and let the old mean white man go ahead and I wished him a good day. But because of Mike being such a nice pleasant manager and person I will continue to go to this establishment if not for Mike I would never give this meineke my money ever again

They put the wrong muffler on my truck I ask for a 10 series Flowmaster and they put a 44 series on instead.When I called back to complain they said “ oh you don’t like it?”I’m here now waiting to see how they wi fix the issue I have..Second muffler put on still not Satisfied y’all to the guy who put it on and I ask about the Flowmaster he told me they were knock offs.But I ask for a Flowmaster 10 series before I came down there and they put on what they wanted

Horrible work Ive been there 4 times for the same issue with my exhaust they dont listen and I still have the same issue I refuse to go back knowing I have to go somewhere but I will not go there...oh and future potential customers expect to be there at least 5 hours waiting in the waiting room

They fixed my catalytic converter on my 07 Dodge Caliber and it wasn’t fixed correctly they did they had my vehicle all day and nothing was worked on so I told them that my car still doesn’t sound right and they said comeback another day because we can’t fit you in won’t be going back to them for no more repairs or anything.

I have been going to meineke for years,and my reason for being a loyal customer is,I am a woman I dont know anything about cars,and I had many bad experiences where Mechanic get over on me, and over charge me ,but not meineke I honestly trust them,they are very professional and respectful, they explain everything that they are going to do even before they do it, another thing I appreciate is when they check my car ,if there are other issues with my car that I didnt know about they will let me know, and its up to me if I choose to get fix right away or at a later date,and they do give me a copy of the other issues explaining what the otherissues with my car is , also Mikes customer service is very good.👍👍

I went to get a window regulator recently and I always felt like meineke was very high priced but the reality is those guys are professional and if you want your vehicle done Right than that’s the place to go. It cost to be the boss lol I will continue to get my service there in the future

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They kept my car for two days and did not check my air conditioning. They will not update you if they keep your car and they are liars. I would never suggest someone go there.

Drop my car off at 930 to be told to come back and 12:30 -1:00!!! Didn’t get a call or nothing call around 3 I had another car infront of me !!! Soo I didn’t get my car til 5:00 all for a wheel alignment

Tires wore out in 6 months! He gave me a “deal” on my tires but didn’t mention he was giving me the bottom of the barrel tires. Had to go back and get the next step up, and ended up paying what I should have paid for really quality tires.

4 trips and still couldnt get serviced. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up and was told two people called out and to bring it back later that day. Went back and they still couldnt do it. I was told to come back the next day, same story and was asked to come back the next day. SAME STORY AGAIN THE NEXT DAY! RIDICULOUS.

I cant believe all those four and five star reviews. Every time Ive gone there for an oil change its taken 4 to 5 hours. I have heard other customers complain.. about how long itl takes. I will never go there again
