Rob has been absolutely awesome! He’s so accommodating and he will be sure to create exactly what you want while making the experience so personable. The 3D videos/ pictures were a huge help in ensuring we liked the layout of our build. 10/10 worth the time and money. Go see him for any of your floor plan needs, you will not be disappointed. After dealing with so many people over the years (including one designer other than Rob) that never do what they say they will do when they say they will do it, Rob was a refreshing change. He did everything he said he would do, got started right away, and had me a complete set of prints inside of two weeks.Rob was easy to work with, had some great suggestions which we used, and was patient with the changes we made.We would not hesitate to use Rob again and would highly recommend him to anyone. We just picked him at random from a list on the Internet, but I think we got lucky and got a good one!

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted going in, so we initially chose Rob based on his promise of a fast turnaround. As plans began to develop, we were delighted with the overall quality of his work. Especially interesting are the 3-D video tours of the interior and exterior of the plan. This really helped us to see and understand what was drawn on paper. Due to the Covid epidemic, we did all of our communication by phone and email. Great way to stay safe. The final plan is 18 pages, very detailed, and expertly done. We ended up with exactly what we wanted including the fast turnaround.

We chose Rob to design and draft our dream home. He exceeded our expectations in his workmanship, attention to detail, and most importantly, communication. He not only stayed in communication with us, but he also worked with our home builder and engineer to draft a plan that was comprehensive and exactly what we wanted. Rob was very helpful and professional in the design of our home addition. He was very patient, quick and gave good suggestions. After he completed the plans we wanted to make changes. His charges for them the first time were extremely fair and he waived charges the second set of changes because he thought they were easy and not worthy of charging .
