Cant say enough kind things about the employees, especially Ms. Tee! We were happy with all THREE cuts we got that day, and they made our hair donations to Children with Hair Loss easy, too. We plan to be back!

Took my son in to get a haircut and their system was down and only except cash. We left to get cash and came back and they told us that they require masks for those getting a haircut. We didn’t have a mask because the mask ordinance has ended in Alabama. They gave him a mask we waited 30 minutes. A lady from the back come out and demanded that I also wear a mask if I’m in the store. That is ridiculous because again the mask the ordinance has ended in Alabama I was not getting a haircut I don’t feel like I needed a mask in the store so we left.

Better than average with fair prices, clean facility, and friendly and quick service. Execution can be hit or miss; some good and some bad. Rather come here than sportsclip, though. Would recommend for local haircut.

Listen. I know the jokes about places like these but from a guy and Dad perspective it is fantastic. The place is clean and the stylists are always professional and personable. I cant speak to the more complicated services for women but for men and boys it is quick and painless. Just wish they were open on Sundays.

Havent been to this hair salon in awhile because of the absolutely AWFUL job they did on my bangs during a previous visit, though it was expected considering their low prices (you really do get what you pay for.)Im leaving this review on behalf of a sibling who was just there. Id leave no stars if it were an option- but considering it isnt, Ill have to settle with one. My brother was just INSULTED by some of the staff members who work here. His appearance was made fun of, the two women making comments on how my brother had no concept of hygiene.Mind you, my brother actually was looking a bit shaggy, (hence getting a haircut in the first place), but it is absolutely unacceptable and frankly quite childish to poke fun at someones looks. If Id have to guess Id say a bunch of high school girls were running the place given its judgmental atmosphere. I wish I knew the name of the brainless goldfish who attempted cutting my brothers hair, but unfortunately I do not. Hardly worth even knowing though, Hair-do in Daphne and Spanish Fort is far superior than this useless chain full of incompetent workers who hardly even know how to use a pair of scissors.Ill be spreading the word, maybe Supercuts will get their stuff together by then and fire the pinheads who seem to think theyre better than most people despite making chump money at a useless hair salon thatll probably go out of business sooner or later anyway.

Horrible. They absolutely butchered my sons hair. I had to leave after waiting an hour and a half so his father picked him up. Worst hair cut ever. Really upset.
