Had the worst customer service ever. Went inside to pay for gas, paid by card and left to pump. When begin to pump noticed the previous amount did not change to $0. Went inside to tell the teller, he kept saying go and pump. I went outside to pump, noticed the same thing again. Now getting frustrated since I needed to take my kid to class. He kept saying I did not pump, when I clearly did try to pump and nothing happened. Then he finally stated that my CC said $0.00 and my card did not go through. I told him, he should have told me if card did not go through so I can try again. But then it was as already 20 min wasted. He kept saying its my fault that card did not go through. I stated he should have been the one to tell me so I can try again ( by the way, I have NO ISSUES with my card). Instead of fixing the problem this teller kept saying its my fault that my card was not run through. I told him to run my card again so I can get my gas and go. Again the pump did not work. He kept telling me how to pump gas, like I have never used a pump before. Left very disappointed! I was late dropping my kid off in class because of this teller. The teller really needs to improve on his customer service skills. This Blackhawk shell just lost a very good customer for life.

Big inconvenience and girl at cashier didnt care. I payed for a carwash $10 get into car wash and no soap came out at all, the rollers only went half way towards back of car went forward them wash was over. Soon as i pulled out went to go tell her what happened can i get a refund? She made me explain 3 times what happened then gave me a ticket with new wash number which i cant take to any other shell so she says. Meanwhile i parked by vacuums to finish my car she never came out to check it, cars continuously kept purchasing. She should have put a chain up saying sorry no soap in system. After 1 hour another gentleman went through parked next to me and I asked hey did u see any soap come out? He said no he went inside to get refund and she told him “I GUARANTEE YOU THERE IS SOAP IN SYSTEM” like really how would she know when she never set foot out to verify. Lazy and was a big inconviemience

This place always closes their store or shuts off their pumps at any given point. It can be irritating getting off work and on certain days (around the same time period) I’ll be able to fill up or go inside and other days I can’t. Have some set hours or get more staff that can run the store when breaks are needed.

The best thing about this gas station is a monthly car wash program that is between $19.99 to 29.99 a month.you can wash your car as much as you want. Very nice staff.last year car wash was broken but this year I didn’t notice any problem.it would be better if they supply towels regularly.

I would guess the last few times I stopped about 50% of the time a pink notice is taped to the doors explaining some sort of break and the doors are locked. Its frustrating to attempt to patronize a business thats unpredictably closed. That shell is simply not getting my business any longer.

All new people snobby and rude. Sticky floors over flowing garbage. Carwash was unavailable after i already paid for one inside store finished pumping my expensive gas drove to car wash noticed i couldnt key in my code. Parked walked back inside.. Oh yea i forgot its not working then refused to give me my money. I realize i cant give my gas back BUT airhead sold me the wash knowing it was broken..
