John Ayers is an amazing insurance agent. He does not give up until he finds the very best insurance for his customers. He is easy to talk to and responds quickly. I highly recommend him.

Not calling customers back in a timely manners when they said they are going to return their calls. Customers have to keep calling them for updates and follow up. They don’t call customers back until customers call them first. My claim started April 29, 2021 and still haven’t settle yet cuz waiting and waiting for adjusters to call back! So unprofessional!!!

The agent that I spoke with worked tirelessly to get me to where I wanted to be....she was/is so incredibly nice. They had me set up and online within hours. So happy they were recommended to me!!

I was referred to Wes Moorefield in the Danville office by my loan officer at Carter Bank and Trust. When applying for a HELOC loan my loan officer, Becky told me she thought Bankers could save me some money on home and auto insurance. Wess quote saved me $900 a year on homeowners and $1500 a year on auto insurance and even increased a lot of the coverages in the same amount. And when I needed flood insurance they were able to get me a great rate on that as well. Working with Wes was one of the easiest processes Ive ever been through. He was thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend this office - and Wes - to anyone who would like to have a very professional experience and save money at the same time!
