Matt did an awesome job to replace our broken skylight glass. I’ve been very impressed with his professionalism and work ethics from the first time we met to get an estimate to the final install. Had to wait about two weeks for the tempered glass to be ordered but it was worth the wait. It was less invasive and less expensive than replacing it with a new skylight. Excellent experience from initial contact through installation of a custom swinging shower door and large wall mirror. Everyone at Image Glassworks was pleasant and easy to work with. Several options for shower doors were presented. Michael and Matt (owners) were exceptionally patient and helpful in the selection process. The installers (Randy and Matt) were excellent and very careful drilling, placing and adhering the material. The entire process from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. All thermal windows in our Gloucester home were fogged up, and everyone I know told me Id have to replace all windows, frames, and sliding doors at a cost of $30k, because no one fixes or replaces thermal glass. Image Glassworks proved them all wrong. When they told me they could replace the glass in all the windows with new thermal glass and new seals, I was skeptical until they showed me their shop and equipment. I was very impressed, and began bringing in some of the windows I could remove myself. They came by and removed and replaced the windows I couldnt handle. There were more than 30 windows and a sliding glass door that needed replacement. The final cost was less than 1/3 the replacement cost I had been quoted by others. I am very pleased with the results. I dont believe any other glass company in the area does their own thermal glass on site. I highly recommend these people.

Very happy with their work repairing 2 broken windows. My first estimate was from Moynihan Lumber, took a month to get the estimate, bad customer service and an estimate twice as high as Image Glassworks turned out to be. When I emailed Image Glassworks to inquire about an estimate they responded quickly (within an hour). I sent pictures and had an estimate within days. Someone came out to measure and then a week later the job was done. Very professional, easy to work with, great price and the windows look great.
