My company, Food Truck Ventures, was booked to do a large event for early September, til Delta arrived-- and the event was delayed. Not only did Total Entertainment roll with the change, they also rolled with subsequent changes, showed up on time, delivered clean tables & chairs -- and all with a smile and at the most reasonable prices around. Worst place to deal with never responded to email .called directly, never got a call back. And when finally got someone to do their job they told me I had to pick it up myself. After the lack of any kind of motivation to rent it to me in the first place over a week of poor professionalism. Would have liked to give no star but I guess for answering the phone they get one.

Rich is the best! Last minute on the their busiest day of the year they were able to fit us in when no one else could! He really went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us exactly what we wanted for my daughter‘s birthday!! We will absolutely be customers for life!

I was THRILLED with Total Entertainment! Rich advised me and help me make some great decisions for our event. The day-of team had everything set up on-time, and made modest adjustments to the layout at our request. We rented 3 table games and 2 inflatables. A few friends asked for a business card during the event, and a few more have emailed me since asking who we worked with. I would gladly work with this company again and would have no qualms recommending them to others.

Tent was perfect, reservations were easy, linens were freshly pressed and crew was polite and efficient at set-up and takedown.Well use Total Entertainment again for sure!

We recently worked with Total Entertainment to throw a Casino themed holiday party, and they were amazing! They went above and beyond for us every step of the way - the owner personally recommended what he felt would be the best pieces of entertainment, helped us figure out how to use one of their fair games to raise money for charity, and modified the time they stayed so that we would have the best party we could throw. I cant recommend them enough and am looking forward to using them again in the future.

They do not answer so calls and never got a response back after submitting quotes. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I have used this company and they have been great. The first time the bouncy house came early, was cleaned thoroughly and the guys were very nice. This year we had to reschedule a bouncy house at the last minute for weather and Rich worked with us to come up with other options to use in the garage. I would highly recommend this company for your party needs. The garage was great for covid - keep the doors open and the kids could still have fun.

Northeast Banks Event Planning Team contracted Total Entertainment & Boston Casino Events to supply the casino tables and red carpet for our annual Employee Celebration which is hosted in Portland, Maine. We booked seamlessly and the onsite set-up crew were helpful, experienced and timely. This was the first time that we had hosted an employee party with a casino and it ended up being the best party our company has ever had. All 11 casino dealers were experienced and instructed employees at each table on how to play. We will be hiring Rich and his team again for this years event and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rented poker table and slot machine for small family gathering and everything worked smoothly, Rich was easily accessible and price was reasonable.

Great games, bouncy house! And easy to use hot dog cooker and popcorn maker! Weve used Total Entertainment for 6 years for our 5K. They are always ready with our order and even included tongs for the hot dog cooker. Will be back next year.

Don’t even know where to begin. I hired Total Entertainment initially on a recommendation from a woman who rented the same public park area that I had scheduled for my daughter’s wedding. The God’s were looking out for me on that day. She reported that Total took care of everything ... well I proceeded to test them on “everything”. The wedding was scheduled for early October and as you may expect the weather roller coaster started about 3 weeks in advance. Changed tent sequence right up to the Wednesday before the wedding added and subtracted rental pieces at will ... Total’s response was always the same no problem we got it. Oh I did forget to mention I had a heart attack 2 weeks before the big day(double bypass required). I would recommend this company for any venue large or small wonderful people to deal with in a world of “better check the fine print” companies. We rented a roulette table and dealer from Total Entertainment for a convention booth at the BCEC. The table was a highlight of the booth and Sonny, our dealer, was fantastic with the attendees! A big thank you to Rich who made the whole process seamless.

More then one horrible experience with this company over the years. It shouldnt be this hard to rent and pay for a bouncy house. Manager was too busy to take my payment this week? 😂

If you have sleeping kids do not use this company!!!!!!!When they came to pick up the house they came the following day at 7am banging on my front door with out any notice.
