It’s been less than a week and I couldn’t be happier with my arch supports. My posture is much much better, my knock knees are corrected and my feet seem to be Changing shape.My feet used to be tough and strained. But now that my arch is supported correctly my feet are softer and relaxed.I should have come in years ago. It was expensive but worth the money.My appointment only took about 20 minutes and Elisabeth was very helpful genuine and knowledgeable.

It was a quick stop! I went in for my son, she is amazing,caring, understanding, and funny my son and myself felt comfortable with her, she explained everything very well so me and my son can remember how to use his 3 steps sole inserts…we have a happy kid and mom ✨✨✨✨👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🤗Thank you a tons Andrea your amazing !!! My husband and I went in today to get him started with orthotics. He is a line worker and spends long days on his feet. He has back and achilles issues that he is hoping to correct. We were nothing short of thrilled with the customer service of Andrea and Lauren. They were so incredibly welcoming. We worked specifically with Andrea and she was extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful! She explained the process and the product so thoroughly and has such a genuine passion for helping people! We left feeling very hopeful that these are the answer to correct his issues. These ladies really know their stuff and I’d recommend them over and over again

I met with Andrea at The Good Feet store in Peabody and she was wonderful. After just a few minutes and a quick measurement of my foot and arch I was walking around with my new inserts and I felt like a new person. I’m on day two of walking around with the inserts and I can already feel a difference- my long lingering heel and ankle pain has diminished significantly. I highly recommend a visit to see Andrea at The Good Feet Store.

I originally intended to visit this store to make a purchase but I left having gotten much more! Not only was I sold a premium product, I was also given hospitality and a wealth of knowledge about my health. I learned a great deal about how my daily activities affect my foot health, and the consequences it can have on the rest of my body. Andrea from the Danvers location definitely knows what she’s talking about and genuinely cares for your health! That’s worth much more than what money can buy and I can confidently say I had a more than satisfactory experience during my visit. Definitely will recommend to coworkers and friends!

Very pleased with the service I got at Good Feet store in Danvers. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained totally and in detail the process used by the good feet store. Been less than an hour and I already can feel some changes for the good I hope always a little painful/different feelings when something changes in your shoes. I’m expecting good things and will let you know if it doesn’t work out well I expect it will.

My mother who is 78 years young and refuses to slow down, but had to slow down due her pains in her feet,legs and back...After a visit to your store and with the help of Andrea, who by the way was very helpful and knowledgeable, pointed my mother in the right direction on what products she needs and how to use they correctly. She explained to us how the 3 step system works and the benefits from using it...We left the store very satisfied and grateful...Thank you Andrea for taking the time to help us...

Ill never go back to that store ever again!!! Im happy to see all the great and positive reviews on here. However, that was not my experience.That blonde hair lady was super rude to me, and kept insulting me about how everything is super expensive here and that I should try CVS. Like how the heck does she know what I can and cant afford? I dont know if it was the way I looked or maybe its my skin tone that made her judged me. Its crazy me how in 2021 people are judging anyone that walks into a retail store and assume that they cant afford something.

Drove 40 minutes to the Danvers store because their are no NH stores and I have bad heal pain. I walked in with no appointment but was welcomed in. Liz was great to work with and she explained the process well. Looking forward to seeing the pain go away.

I bought a set of inserts 6 months ago. Did everything they told me to do as far as breaking them in. It took a long time till they felt somewhat comfortable. Got a new pair of boots and put my inserts in them. They were giving me a lot of pain. Gave it a month thinking the boots needed to break in. Well that didn’t happen. Just so you know they were red wings a great boot. I set up an appointment at the good feet store. When I went in they told me they couldn’t do anything, that it was 6 months and I’d have to wait till I had them a year! I payed $800.00 for inserts that failed less than 6 months. What a joke and a waste of money. For $800.00 they should stand by their product! I will never go back and every chance I get I’ll tell people not to waste their money!

My questions and concerns were answered, in the end of my visit, I felt that the experience was mostly about bringing in a sale.I was clear that I only wanted part 1 and 2 but when at the register, I was billed the full $1,200.As if to imply, I hope you just play along and buy the whole kit.I did say, wait, no.. I only want 1 and 2, but I found it odd. It’s a shame the this product is so very expensive.. I get business, but I still have a hard time justifying the cost...Oh well, I just hope this works.. I signed off so I’m on my own unless something warrants a replacement...I’m not a fan of hearing “lifetime guarantee”It really means nothing.. how many people actually follow up with an issue? 🤔Thanks

I have been suffering with a very painful heel foot pain, someone recommend to make a appointment with the Good Feet Store located in Danvers, MA. I received the utmost professional care and attention starting from calling to schedule an appointment to quality customer care recieved from Andrea. She skillfully explained the cause of the pain and what options are available to address the condition. I left the store with Happy feet, it was wonderful to be able to walk without the hobble due to proper arch support. Thanks Andrea for being so helpful and skilled, it is appreciated and means so much especially when discomfort is reduced.I will share this experience with others.

We went in were greeting right away . I haven’t been able to wear sneakers let alone with string for years . Had two operations on my feet and still couldn’t. Finally went to Good feet . My husband and I was greeted and helped right away. Our salesperson was named Jessica at the Danver store. She was very pleasant and comfortable to talk to. Jessica gave us alot of information about Good feet. I ended up buying the arch support package and my husband bought himself a pair of Spira spring sneakers. While the staff was pleasant enough, I do not feel like there was enough “evaluation” done before fitting me.I am also EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that when spending so much money on the 3 step system - that they only give you 1 insert. This means that I/the customer constantly has to change out inserts to put into different shoes - even if using a different level arch support. Also, a customer cannot use any arch support while waiting for the insert to dry after washing...This is VERY short sighted and cheap of the company!!!!!I can NOT in all honesty recommend this company...

I bought the inserts in 2013- loved them! Lost them sometime last fall --and went on to purchase 3 different kinds trying to NOT spend so much $$$. They ALL ---well, for lack of a better word--sucked! They slid around, felt wrong, they were just not the same. Well, I ended up calling Justin at the Danvers store, placing an order for the exact ones I had lost. He was great, he shipped them right out to me, even included a pair of soles and velcro. I have been wearing them all day--my feets are happy once again.Definitely worth the money!Thank you Justin, for being so helpful and listening to an old ladys story!Kym

I want to leave an honest and helpful review for those that are dealing with foot pain. Please go see a doctor!! If you dont have the ability to see a podiatrist and want an insert go to a runners store (like, Marathon Sports) where they will scan your foot with technology. At The Good Feet Store they make you step on a paper to see how high your arch is, then they try to sell you on crazy-expensive inserts. I used the inserts (switched them out once) only for my pain to worsen. Now I am due for surgery - the inserts and wasted time worsened the problem, not to mention $900 down the drain. Store policy is non-refundable because they are medical devices or personal items (their terms). They arent medical....no one here went to medical school. They cant properly diagnose anyone, they dont have the knowledge or tech (no scanners, no x-rays...remember, a piece of paper to make a carbon print of your foot). And, other personal items that are refundable in the world are: shoes, bras, yoga pants, swimsuits. Their excuses are thin. Just please, avoid this place. Go to a DOCTOR.MY EXPERIENCE AND TIMELINE of using their products:**to their reply, yes I did indeed get refitted once, but wasnt willing to continue to drive 30-45 minutes one way to them for refits while in a global pandemic and homeschooling my children.1- March 2020 bought two arch supports2 - May had them replaced via mail (due to the coronavirus shutdown I would have done this earlier. At this time, I am also homeschooling my children and unable to drive 30-45 minutes one way to get to the store)3- June 2020 pain worsened and I went to a podiatrist, got an x-ray and a diagnoses.4- Fall 2020 asked for a full refund since their products, not only became obsolete, but had made my feet worse that now I am scheduled for surgery. They said I could get a foot massager (for the $860 I lost). I know that their policy is no refunds. I want to believe that good companies will under-promise and over-perform. This company over-promises and under- performers.

My family loves the Good Feet store in Danvers MA.The staff is friendly and professional. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and has helped myself, my husband, and family members with foot issues and discomfort. They will fit you like a glove when it comes to inserts. I highly recommend the Good Feet store for any problems that stop you from doing your everyday routine. Also,Andrea is wonderful and pleasant to work with. Enjoyed her too!

My brother recommended that I try Good Feet due to my plantar fasciitis. Hes used these inserts for years. Ive only had mine for 3 days and I cant believe what a positive impact they are having in reducing foot pain. My only regret is that I waited so long to get them. Will be going back to get them for my husband as well. Great customer service at the Danvers store. Highly recommend this product and this store.

The price was the issue, we bought some sneakers and the temporary inserts, if they work after a few months, we will probably buy the package, I was prepared to pay between 3 and 5 hundred after checking out google on them. I was not expecting 1200 dollars

Basically a scam. First thing they do is take all your information, later to be sold I’m guessing. been slammed with spam email ever since I went. Inserts are not custom as stated. You’d be much better off going to a Podiatrist.
