10-6 let me guess its about COVID-19 related BS excuse to shorten store hours. And let me suggest since your stores cant handle the customer flow . Maybe provide better seating, benches made of foam with no backs. Really?. Nice touch to the ridiculous waiting times.

People waiting that had appointments. Staff was more interested in selling phones then helping cable customers. When returning a cable box the waiting should no be so long. Staff were all friendly though and there were a lot of people in the store. Besides the wait was satisfied overall. More like 3 1/2 stars

Service was good in store but they opened a ticket for me because I was being overcharged on my monthly phone payment and told me they would be in touch in a few days, its been a few weeks and so far nothing. Now I have to take time off work again to go down to that store because they dont have a direct number to call anyone. Not happy at all with this service

Canceled cable, but kept internet as it is the only see provider in Salem. We went in to drop off the cable box, turned it in at the front desk, and I was given a number (like at a deli) to wait until a representative was available to service me. After 45 minutes, maybe longer, we were called up to the desk in the back of the store to cancel the cable for good. The associate (at the desk in the back,) tried to upsell the cable to me multiple times asking if I was a Sox fan, that the season was just about to start, and talking about all these great programming that would be coming up shortly. I declined and stated that I still wanted to cancel cable completely. He then said okay, then youre all set and good to go. I said Really? Thats it? I dont need to sign anything? He replied Nope, you were all set when you dropped off the box at the front desk. That is the worst, worst, upsell trick in the book. They literally made me wait 45 minutes to think that I hadnt canceled the cable, when it was really canceled initially, at the front desk, 45 minutes prior.

There was a line out the door when I arrived to return some equipment...perhaps 6 people in front of me. When I got to the front of the outdoor line, the associate took down my name and the nature of my visit. I explained that I was returning equipment from out of state. He said that it might not be in the system, but he was comfortable they could help with some kind of re eipt to prove my return. He and all of the associates were very professional and kind. Unfortunately, after a 30 minute wait in line, I learned that I could not return the equipment. So I have two issues...first, why didnt someone just know that and prevent me from waiting 30 more minutes, and second, at the store near me, there is a separate, fast-moving line just for equipment returns. This store should have that. I had to wait for stations to free up after people spent 30+ minutes deciding on service packages.

Very good at organization for during this virus. Line was quick due to door personal knowing what to ask people in line what what they needed and reason for their visit. Worker able to address the simple needs of some customers as in just a cord etc....get it for them and get the line going. Nice!

Waited for a while to get helped , then they didnt have the phone I was going to purchase in stock , had no idea when if at all the phone would be in stock available for purchase. The price was a sale that ended the next day. Very disappointed

Can not get human services. Machine runs through routine whether it helps you or not. Cannot ask any question the computer doesnt ask. Totally useless to get what I need and no way to reach anyone. World worst customer service!!!!!!! If my area had a choice I would leave. Got an agent once at beginning of problems and he was just as rude!!!!! Need internet for kid to go to school and other adult to work but cant any help from this company. Done with the internet monopoly!!!!!!!!!

In addition to not being able to call this location directly, the phone tag and wait times for even the simplest of services takes days upon days of waiting. If there were any other options for services provided from other companies, I would already be signed up. After four days of tech support and power resets, we are finally told they knew from the beginning our modem was faulty, could be detected on their end of the problem, but that they have a script to follow and need to do that first, even though they knew what was wrong the entire time. I cant say enough bad things about the way this business operates. If you can leave this company, run, dont walk.

The best part about dealing with a monopoly.Actually, there is no best part.Poor service, further bolstered by the fact they have no genuine competition.Fault also rests with Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Comcast Xfinitty will get away with what they can until State Attorneys General step up and level the playing field.

I had to return my internet modem and reschedule for new service post move. I worked with John Simeon and was very impressed. He was completely professional, kind, patient with this non tech savvy ole lady. When I called later (I had forgotten to mention this need until the end of the transaction and the store was hopping) to reschedule re installation he offered to bring the new modem to me at my home. He did so after work and on his own time. Feel lucky to have this young man . He is a gem. You have a costumer for life with me.. That is if I can always do business with John.

Initially, the team members were rude to each other and not supportive of their roles when I entered. Cold and unwelcoming. Once I came in to solve a billing issue when my wife and attempted several times to cancel our service since we moved, and explained our challenges to complete the cancellation online, the tech told me “you really should have tried harder”. Terrible service is chronic with this company no matter where you turn, but this location was very uncomfortable.

Xfinity Mobile -- Beware -- Very dishonestI switched to Xfinity mobile purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9 and want to switch to Verizon and told phone is not compatible. Xfinity mobile was contacted via email, telephone and a visit to their store....told me there was nothing they could do, some phones are just not compatible. I contacted Samsung direct and they checked the phone and told me it was locked by xfinity. Phone was purchased last August for full price....so dishonest and deceptive. Stay away from xfinity mobile and I will probably be closing my other accounts as well.

Today I went 2 times In Danvers/MA try to fix my problem, but at the second time the employee was impolite, uneducated, careless and irreducible in trying to help in any other way, even though it is an unusual case. Seeming to be trained only to comply with rules, forgetting that he is talking to people. He doesnt even know, he entered the wrong number for customer service. Every rule there is an exception. But I`m right in leave from this company.

If I could, I would literally rate the Xfinity Branch zero stars. Astronomically difficult to work worth and incredibly unprofessional. They kept going on about everything unrelated to what we were doing, but not in the way they’re pushed to, just in a filler for the fact they weren’t doing what they were supposed to. We waited for at always almost an hour and a half, if not almost two hours—- and we were the only ones in the store. All we wanted to do was transfer the account holder. They should have been able to do this but had to call into somebody else. This all happened after I spent an hour and a half on the phone the previous evening, only to be told we had to go and do this in the store. They are the brussel sprouts of corporations and this specific branch is overcooked.

John was sooooo nice and really informative and knew what he was talking about it. And he nicely and calmly answer all my questions, with out rushing me out or making me feel like I was annoying him. He went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. So much so that Im actually taking the time to stop and write a review, which I never do. I am one to look into and read reviews about EVERYTHING from a broom to a doctor, lol. So I hope this helps anyone thinking about going there. I hope you get John to help you! I will never forget his great customer service, I feel like thats so rare these days.

Not busy. Needed to return a older used item after an upgrade. They couldnt answer if and when they were going to get to my area to clear connections of corrosion. Told me I had to call the same number that i previously tried to get an answer from that wanted to pass me off to someone else. But boy they want that monthly VIG for minimal service.

They should really look into sending their service van drivers to driving school since they can’t even use a blinker. It’s just sad to see how service men can be so careless about how they do their job. Take a page from ups/ fedex drivers and actually set the example. Cmon guys.

I dreaded calling Comcast again after such great service from Verizon. But unfortunately Comcast is the only provider in Peabody. I placed my order Aug. 21st. with ground shipping. Two weeks later, I still have no modem. I called the Danvers store and the rep was not very helpful. She said it would be overnighted and blamed UPS. Couple days went by and I call again. Then she tells me to hold on and hangs up on me. I call customer service and chat for over an hour and they could not resolve the issue. Comcast service is absolutely garbage. They can not even ship a simple modem to a new customer. If you have Verizon in your area, you should call them today and realize how lucky you are

I recall a few years ago having to deal with horrible customer service at this location. But much to my surprise, I had a pleasant experience during my last visit a week ago. The store looks revamped and all the employees appear happy (unlike staff with dull, morose expressions in the past). As soon as you enter, you check in at the main desk and then wait for your name to be called. I waited for about 10 minutes for my turn. But I wasnt bored, as there was lot to explore in the store. The associate who helped me was John Simeon, who was fantastic. He got my account upgraded seamlessly and didnt try to oversell anything. I dont think you can choose, but if youre assigned to him, youll be in good hands.

Day #4 and Im still trying to get my phone to work. The guy at the store transported the WRONG number. Ive spent over 9 hours on customer support with Xfinity to try to CORRECT HIS MISTAKE. Personal preference I didnt like the setup for returning the equipment and overheard others also complaining about it . They set up like Apple but probably would have been more efficient if someone worked the front desk instead of putting in your name and then sitting waiting for it to be called.

I went in today to pay my bill & I needed change back so I could not use the kiosk. I waited with my twin 4 yr olds for 8 people ahead of me to go to the counter to tell me they dont have change. Mind you it was only $20 I needed back. So I asked why bother taking payments at the counter if you cant make change. Shouldnt they have money from other payments made ? The girl says you can go in a store to see if theyll change it. Wow thanks lady!! So I went got change & ended up using the kiosk anyways after waiting all that time before. Then I got a sarcastic Have a nice day on the way out. Not helpful or friendly in my opinion.
