I joined Get In Shape for Women in Danvers, MA a little over a year ago. I Love It! The Trainers make you feel very comfortable and know just how much to challenge you. Linda the Manager is a Wealth of Knowledge. She has some Life Changing Suggestions on how to eat to be the healthiest you can be. I am having fabulous results! Down 3 pant sizes!!! I am so much Stronger, more Confident, have more Energy and just feel GREAT! It is a very fun and motivating environment for Women of all ages. I would recommend !!! I have also made lots of friends!!!!

I love the trainers and their constant motivation and tips. They always have “real” solutions to your weight loss goals. I also like that it’s small and intimate.

Most gyms do not give one on one attention. They say that they offer free personal trainers on site, but you cant schedule appointments. At GIS I have 2 trainers that can develop individual workouts for me. That is tremendous! Mike & Liz understand that Im there because I have goals & want to be challenged.Having a nutritionist that I can identify with is very important. They need to understand my needs & lifestyle. Nikki makes it a goal to incorporate the foods I enjoy into my routine. Shes always there to support me and give me positive feedback.Though I really have to consider my budget and expenses, I feel Im getting a great value for my money. GIS is an investment in my health.
