Yet another great experience with Family PC. Just purchased another computer from Bill replacing one that was approaching end of life. Easy to deal with, no BS, very good prices. Plus the convenience of shopping in my home community and supporting a local business. Have been patronizing Family PC since they opened.

This shop is run by a knowledgeable owner. He listens, understands the problem and rapidly helps you. His prices are reasonable.

I went to him to have him transfer my iTunes over to my new computer 3/4 of the iTunes were not transferred over. I wanted a refund because what I paid for a never received. He told me the iTunes would play because that is the way they were on my old computer. They played on my old computer. I went there because of the reviews but now I am paying someone else to see if they can fix it. He is terrible. I will never go to you again!!

Bill at Family PC just customized a computer for me, and I am thrilled. The computer exceeded my expectations, and it cost much less than a new unit. I stopped by for parts and found Family PC Outlets proprietor to be a personable fellow with real knowledge who was willing to discuss my project to be sure I ended up with the right components for my system. You dont get that quality of service from an online retailer or, frankly, most big-box stores. On top of that, the prices were very competitive. Ive been back a couple times since and each experience was equally satisfying. Top recommendation.
