One word to describe my visit to Test America...TERRIBLE. Waited additional 20 mins after the survey to receive compensation..we were told to wait while each person had a check individually made out to them. Why were the checks not made out in advance when they had all of our names? Directions were not clear for the survey and the staff was EXTREMELY disorganized with the check in process as well. We simply had to sign our names, but that turned into something very complex production that led to the staff yelling at each other and being a rude to the ones taking the survey. Very unprofessional!! Do NOT recommend...
