Have a membership was tying to cancel or see options woman was sweet but was not very educated with all the stores policies. when I asked for her first and last name she would not provide last name and got extremely nervous. Only went once and since I opened up membership not to sure if I will go back

I booked a massage over the phone recently. It was my first time there so I received a discounted rate. Their regular rates I find very high especially for a chain. When booking I was not asked if a male was ok. His name was Francis and I know both male and female with this name. I was very surprised when he called me in for my massage. The massage itself was ok. Not great but not bad. What really put me off was he kept slapping the sides of the bed. He seemed to be doing it on purpose. It was very odd. He was also an extremely heavy breather. So much so that I could feel him breathing on me. Although the massage was ok I will not be back. The lobby also smells awful. They need to turn the diffuser off.

Ugh where do I start.... my husband got his massage first to his surprise it was a male doing his massage. He was out of his comfort zone but proceeded with just getting his shoulders and back massage while leaving on his clothes. My husband knew if he didnt get the massage I wouldnt have either. He was not aware that the same man would massage me.(Nothing against that employee) Having a man massage me is totally out of my comfort zone. I drove an hour and a half to get my massage on mothers Day. They failed to communicate that they only had male employees to do the massage. My husband and I would have not booked. While we were not charged we also werent compensated for the inconvenience any ordinary day no big deal, but on Mothers Day what a disappointment. The last 2 Mothers Day my husband had no luck booking an appointment. Disappointed. Bad luck with massage envy. Ill try a different company.

After booking a massage, I find out when I get there I cant have one because I need a doctors note over having a foot surgery 3 months ago. They said their policy requires a doctors note for 6 months after any surgery. How would someone even know that? There is nothing on their website about it. Also, I had two friends with me booked at the same time (visiting from out of state) and they ended up cancelling their massages because they didnt like the way the person at the front desk handled it. Bad experience.

If you have never experienced a healthy skin facial you have NOT lived. My experience with Karen was so amazing!! and super relaxing. Her techniques was so soothing, i didnt want to leave the session. i was in heaven! Thank you so much for bringing me out my shell, i regret not getting a facial SOONER! Cant wait to receive my next session!!

Ive had a membership for over a year now, theyve fulfilled probably 50% of my appointments. Mind you, they dont forget to charge me monthly. Theyve cancelled on me last minute for my past THREE appointments! In turn, I cancelled my membership but was still charged even after I signed discharge paperwork. When I called the store to speak with a manager, I was told that it was in my contract to still be billed even after I signed the cancellation. Management is terrible and offered no attempt to redeem themselves or even try to make it right. Im very unhappy at the waste of money spent here, they suck you into a contract and do not fulfill their appointments. I will not return here and I will make sure that everyone knows about my experience (or lack there of).

Just had a great massage with Kerri who started at Massage Envy Danvers. I was impressed with her reflexology work during sugar foot scrub. Deeply relaxing.

The monthly member rates are a trap. If you have multiple visits left but want to cancel, you have less than a month to use them up. I liked them a lot at first but the membership rate is a business model cancer after missing multiple months in a row. Pay the extra amount for single visits to avoid the hassle if youre a busy person.

Massage Therapist didn’t wear a mask!

I had a session with Rebecca and it was great! It was very relaxing yet helped with the knots and pain in my back. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time here and I didnt enjoy it that much. The front desk tried to charge me for two other peoples massage and the lady who did my massage was not very kind to me and told me that it was my fault she didnt do a good job because I didnt book a longer session.

Myself and 2 friends booked massages for our yearly girl trip. We booked months in advance and confirmed our appts more then one.When we get there we were filling out paperwork and one of my friends had a surgical boot on from surgery in sept. We are then informed that massage envy will not let my friend get a massage without a doctors note. No where on their website does it mention a doctors note if you had surgery. She wasnt gonna have them touch her foot.We ended up leaving and we were all able to get massages somewhere else with no drs note

Good massages however some of their techs are smokers so their hands keep that scent.
