The DJ and photographer were just wonderful! Matt went above and beyond what a photographer is expected to do. He tracked people down so we didnt have to. He was so friendly to all of our guests. The music was a great mix of everything, so everyone was happy.It seemed like everyone really knew how to handle a Jewish wedding and were very accommodating and knowing of the appropriate customs

Please reach out 3 weeks before event, without having couple email you first. We had to reach out before anyone contacted us for our wedding. Then we had to play phone tag until we actually got to talk to our DJ. We gave them a song list and a schedule of the night. They only played the songs in order, instead of spacing them out. We didn’t even get to dance to the songs we wanted because they played them before the dance floor was open. They did not keep to the schedule we gave them and the entire night had to keep checking in. There was confusion about the ceremony price and we were disappointed we weren’t told sooner that the service would cost $200 more. The DJ also played the wrong song as our final dance. We were disappointed with what we received, especially because the rest of our wedding went so well.

Devine was very attentive and went above and beyond to take care of us on our special day. He worked with us when we fell behind schedule. I was very anxious when we fell behind but he worked with the venue and communicated to our guests and relieved all of my stress in no time. He was the life of the party and all our guests complimented him on his skills and fun loving personality. He was dancing with us on the dance floor and made our night so fun and memorable. He made our night extremely fun, listened to all our requests and most of all he played an amazing selection of music!!! My mom surprised us with a slide show and Devine set that up too… what!!!! We had last minute song choices and he made the changes with no issues. Devine was not only an awesome person but he was truly a professional and expert DJ. We didnt expect to have a DJ that would do so much for us and we couldnt be anymore thankful for him. We will recommend Tommy to all our friends!! Thank you so much for giving us the perfect night imaginable!!I can’t say enough great things about our photographer Amy. She was everything we wanted and more. She knew how to keep the attention of a large wedding party, and was very kind and patient. She took some AMAZING pictures and we felt completely comfortable with her. She went above and beyond to help with other little details that were beyond her photography skills that helped the day go smoothly. She was very efficient in getting great photos in a timely manner!!The lights looked amazing! Our venue was outdoors, in a tent. The Lighting Crew came a day early to set up the LED string lights and also came the next day to set the up lights. The lighting was so incredible that when people asked where the bathroom was, we just told them to look for the building that was glowing purple 😁This was the best day ever and Complete weddings and events is a HUGE reason why.

Marlon was awesome! Everyone at the party raved about him. He was very easy going and made everything go so smoothly. We all had an awesome time because of him. He also did the uplighting perfect in the small space we had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Marlon!

I have attended several weddings in the past year that used Complete as their DJ service. They were all so much fun and over the course of that time I realized that two of the weddings I attended were the same DJ! I found Darrom at one of those weddings as mine approached and requested him through the company. He was amazing at our wedding! He kept the party going and everything ran smoothly and right on time. He made us all feel comfortable. My new husband who isnt crazy about the spotlight but Darron made him feel at ease! Thank you again to Darron, Arturo, and everyone at Complete who were a complete joy to work with through the entire wedding process!

My wife and I have received nothing short of a world-class experience from COMPLETE. Arturo did an amazing job at coordinating all of our services and offered the best advice while choosing and finalizing our services. Arturo made the nightmare situation of us having to postpone our wedding during the pandemic seem extremely easy to handle and he comforted us while doing so. When we were finally able to have our wedding this past weekend Nate, our videographer, was early, professional, fun, and he went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. Nate recorded us AND took pictures of us using a member of the bridal party’s cell phone so we could have immediate pictures of us while waiting for the professional ones to be finished. Who does that?! Apparently Nate does lol. The up-lighting and photo booth services were the best! Our up-lighting was exactly as we wanted it and the photo booth operator was extremely nice and provided a wonderful experience for all of the guests and made sure that we had their pictures forever in our guest book and on a flash drive. Last but definitely not least, DJ DEVINE. OUTSTANDING. PHENOMENAL. I am a type A person, an audiophile, and big music fan. When I tell you I provided DJ Devine a playlist for the different sections of the wedding and was nervous to see how he would execute because I thought that only I could do it to my liking. DJ Devine surpassed even how I would have done things. He made sure that I felt comfortable with him a week before the wedding and on the day of our wedding he approached me with a calm and cool demeanor and made me feel that I was in great hands. Not only did DJ Devine play music, he led our party, he led some dances, and HE SANG “Thinking out loud” by Ed Sheeran! When we first heard the song play we said, “this is an interesting version of the song to play,” only to see DJ Devine killing it with his vocals! He played songs that I didn’t have on my playlists that were amazing and had me thinking why didn’t I think of those lol. He made sure our wedding was nonstop fun and that everyone left it all out on the dance floor. Thank you COMPLETE for providing the complete package for us and making our wedding what we truly needed coming out of this pandemic.

I’ll start with Arturo and Rachel. I met them both at different bridal shows and they are awesome. We ended up working with Arturo after he followed up with us. He was so great and always prompt to follow up and answer our questions.Now to Marvin! We could not have chosen a better DJ for our wedding than Marvin. I love how involved the staff was and how helpful and accommodating they are, Johnny Pena our photographer who interacted with the guest and also took the time to learn all there names, Marlon and Frank who were very active and friendly, they handle some of our last minute changes with true grace & professionalism, they cranked and yes i mean cranked out amazing songs that had our guest excited to be there for both the wedding Ceremony and reception. Jans who was our photo booth curator made everyones experience so amazing, Arturo was on top of everything especially reaching out to the staff and communicating with them the changes. He also stayed in touch with us through out this whole process and is a very awesome person to be around and have to help you through this process. Maron was fantastic and definitely kept the party going! She was so easy to communicate with and really took the time throughout the night to make sure we were having fun and happy with the music. She also would ask us if a song was requested that she didnt think I would like. It rained like crazy for a little bit but Maron helped us to adjust everything and it worked out perfect. I decided to go with this company because of all the services they included and I could not have been any happier!! The photographer JP was an absolute artist, the videographer Alejandro was all over every important moment, and the DJ Darren was SO fun and kept the party going. DJ Devine was amazing! He played just the right combination of music at my mother-in-laws 90th Birthday Party plus was a great MC. The crowd was mostly Jamaican and he really got the vibe and ran with it. We gave him a general selection of music types with a few specific requests and he weaved it all together seamlessly. Plus we had no idea he could sing so well...when he came over and sang to the guest of honor it brought the house down. Couldnt have asked for a better DJ and a better event. Antonio Tony the photographer and Darren the DJ made our whole event more special than words can describe. Tony was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do with all of the guests and people in the wedding party. He was very patient and didnt get frustrated when we were trying to gather everyone for pictures. Darren did an amazing job as the DJ and made sure that all the guests were involved in the dancing based on the music he was playing. Both of these guys had more compliments than anyone else involved in the wedding/planning/event, etc. We couldnt have had a more successful night without either one of them. Our DJ, Frank, was amazing! Genuinely interested in what we wanted to hear during our event. He found the perfect way to take all the music we threw at him and have it played with such an appropriate positioned and well timed flow. We had an issue wiith the buildings power and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. He was very passionate and motivated our guest to dance. He made all the announcements genuinely with excitement. Speaking to Arturo at there home office was so easy and he was extremely professional. He gave us a great deal and helped us set up the whole reservation. Everything has been amazing. Our photographer, Johnny, was early and willing to work with us in our not too glamorous but very sentimental setting. DJ Daren was fantastic. He really felt out the crowd and changed up music when appropriate to get people back on the dance floor. He was very lively and made sure that we were always happy. I couldnt be happier with him because of the way he took care of the brides request.Alan the photo booth operator was amazing. He was very personable and made sure that the bride and I got a photo because we were so busy entertaining. All my guest commented on how funny he was and how he made everyone feel comfortable.My only gripe was the quality of the pictures from the print outs. A little streaky, but otherwise happy that we decided to go with the photo booth.

They were very easy to work with. Tony, our photographer for our wedding, really made us comfortable. We aren’t really the type that likes getting photographs done. Communication was always available when we needed to speak to them.

I got married in December 2014. I found out about this company through my cousin, Damon. He set me up with Darron Faison who was our DJ and Darron didn’t disappoint. Omg 😢😭😭Not having a good experience and my wedding day hasnt even gotten here yet.. Just days away from my special day, one of the most important things in my life, and this is what happened. I hired Complete wedding & Events as my wedding DJ, they were super nice while trying to lock in a sale with us, once I signed the contract everything changed. They sent me a link so I can choose my DJ, they gave us 3 options, they said these 3 were the only ones available so I needed to choose quickly I thought. They did not mention that they can’t guarantee a DJ if I chose one of only 3 available. As any other client I choose the one that had the best reviews, when I said who I want they didn’t mention anything about changes later on. My wedding is next week and since they did not contact me to go over the details I decided to contact them today, just to find out that I have a compete stranger as my wedding DJ. A DJ that is not even on their web page, there are no reviews on him, zero info about him. I feel like screaming I haven’t been able to stop crying. This is not a game Complete, it’s my wedding and a wedding is a dream for most women.. I wanted it to be perfect and this is making me very nervous and anxious now not in a good way.. We even told people about our DJ with name and everything. Not cool.. you’ve turned what is supposed to be a dream come true into a real life nightmare. 😢😭And an i’m sorry text message is not going to fix it.

There were a few times when we sent an email and received no response. Besides that, the customer service was impeccable. Amy, our photographer, was AMAZING!!! We also loved the on-line tool for planning our wedding/reception and for making payments. It was very convenient.

I used Photography, videography and DJ services. Everyone contacted me prior to the day to make sure that they understood what I wanted. On the day, everyone arrived on-time. They were friendly, professional and all around great to work with. If I ever needed them again I wouldnt hesitate.

Truly professional. Very experienced. Truly wants the planning to be as smooth as possible. Listens to what you want as far as in trying their best to accommodate. But I say make sure if you see on their website who you want as a Dj or Photographer that you EMPHASIZE who you want because the week of youre event is when they will tell you who youre persons are and it may not be the person you want so make sure you make youre claim and stay on top of that.

I would hire Complete all over again! Damon and Arturo paid attention to every detail throughout the wedding process. Johnny shot our engagement photos and we had a blast. He has great energy. The photos werent edited to our liking, but when I reached out to Arturo, he fixed them and sent them back with no additional charge.We hired Complete for photo, video, dj, and photobooth services for our wedding. The whole staff (DJ/MCs Lynn & Darron, videographer Camilo & photographers Abby & Johnny and Photo-Booth attendant Jans) were absolutely amazing. Lynn and Darron got the family involved in dances and kept the energy hype, even for our unique brunch wedding! She sent a follow-up email a few days later thanking us for being part of our wedding. Camilo captured moments we didnt even see, arranging props and things to make each shot perfect. The video was stunning and helped us relive our special day from start to finish. Johnny helped to supervise everyone and brought amazing energy that made the entire day stress-less. Jans was friendly with the family and even reminded guests to stop and take photos in the photobooth and sign the guestbook. The photobooth itself was a little confusing, resulting in some pretty candid shots. The props were a bit dated and used, they could use an upgrade before the next event or some laminate to keep them preserved, but the guestbook served as a great reminder of everyones well wishes!I saved the last review for Abby, our photographer. She was the absolute best. I hired her for a boudoir photoshoot the day before the wedding and she was so understanding and patient with requests and must-have shots. The day of the wedding, she arrived on time and kept us close to schedule, still capturing all the fun every moment of the way! She was funny and sassy and definitely kept up with our crazy groomsmen and needy family. One of my must-have shots was a huge family photo. She pulled it off and even stole our bubble favors for the cutest shots! She had a great energy and was so much fun to have around all day, being conscious of our newlywed time together and getting the perfect shots. Once we got our photos back, we fell Im love all over again looking through the memories of the best day ever!I recommend Complete for all their services and the great management. We even got a surprise visit from Damon as the wedding was winding down. Thank you all so much for everything you did to make our day so special and capture the memories that will live on!

Their staff is always friendly and very easy to get in touch with. My DJ Jamar was absolutely amazing!!!!! Highly, highly recommend him. He set the atmosphere exactly how I wanted and he was able to accommodate all of my last minute changes without a hitch.

Carl was Fantastic when my daughter and i first met with him it was like meeting up with an old friend..Amy was a great photographer..very pleasant and worked well with my teen daughter and her friends. The gentleman that took care of the lights was also pleasant (sorry i forgot his name) we had one hiccup..he was calm and so i had to be calm as he solved the issue.Yes. I would refer and use again.

What an incredible experience having your DJ services! We were beyond pleased with everything it truly was a dream come true... you all made the party amazing!

Before choosing this company keep reading my experience with them to learn how to save an extraordinary amount of money.This company likes to bait and switch. At the meeting our representative stated that we can choose whoever we want from their website. Since our wedding was over a year out we would have who we requested absent any exigencies (i.e. unemployment or death). Upon returning home we choose the specific DJ, Photographer and videographer we wanted to reserve. After emailing our representative we received a response that the photographer and videographer were inputted into the computer as our choice but, because the DJ was their most popular DJ it would cost $250 to reserve him. This was a new condition on the contract that was not outlined nor discussed prior to this so it was a big surprise to us.I consider this a breach of contract. I immediately contacted them and voiced my opinion with them and they insisted on the additional charge to choose a DJ that they said was their most requested. At that time I canceled the contract and requested a refund of the deposit which they have denied to refund.Now here is the lesson for all of you that are thinking of utilizing Complete Weddings and Event in Oakland Park..... Look on their website for the names of their Photographers, Videographers and DJs. Then search their names on social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Contact them over the Social Media platform and request a quote directly from them. You eliminate the middle man (Complete) and arent subject to their 20% margins. It works. I can confirm that. Best of luck and feel free to contact me shall you have any questions on how to do this small amount of investigative work that will save you an easy 15 to 20% while confirming specific artists.

I hired Complete for videography for my wedding this past August.We booked them with a 2-3 min highlight clip as well as a Documentary video (30 min-1 hour) with chapters (I was explained that each section of the wedding would be separated by chapters which I would be able to select from the title menu).I was quoted 10-12 weeks for my video and it ended up being late-not a few days, but weeks. I actually had to be the one to follow up several times to check on the status as no one from the company contacted me to let me know it would be late-its like they forgot. They kept making excuses as to why it was late. I finally received the finished product and it was a completely unedited video, music/sound was cut off at different stages of the video, my sister sang during our first dance and the sound was cut of for half of it. It was two hours long of mostly thrown together unedited footage and there were no chapters. Also, there was no highlight clip, which was in our contract.When I contacted them regarding this, they quickly apologized and said that I would get the highlight video in a few days. They also told me that my video is two hours long and that THEY DONT HAVE THE TIME TO SIT AND WATCH THE ENTIRE UNEDITED FOOTAGE TO ENSURE ITS QUALITY. This just blows my mind. They also said that theyve never done chapters before so they couldnt provide that (when this was part of my deal with them). They promised that they would have it back to me shortly. WEEKS later after following up on the status of the video, I get the next version. The editing was honestly sub par. Same things as before-poorly edited- sound cutting in and out, barely any footage of anyone dancing/enjoying the evening, only shots of decoration and silverware, etc. I asked for the raw footage so that I can edit it elsewhere and they said that they dont offer that. So they asked me to tell them the mistakes from the video and how to fix it.I ended up compiling a list of what to cut/edit/add/etc hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second. I even offered to go over it on the phone, I offered to go in there and sit with the editor on my own time. They asked for another month for their top editor to work on it. They then changed their mind and offered to give me the raw footage and break their rules to provide it. I said yes but with a 50% off refund. They said no because I already have an edited version so I said to continue with the edits. Over a month passes and I (of course) have to be the one to follow up on the status. They said its ready and asked me if I wanted to see the link first before they send me the video and I said yes. They never provided it and ended up sending me the video in the mail. I start to watch the video and every single edit that I requested was not even done. It was like I got the same video back from before.READ THIS THOUGH....So I asked for the raw footage again. They came back to me with an agreement for me to sign that says that they will provide the raw footage as long as I dont leave a bad review, tell my friends and family or sue them. Clearly, this company knows that they messed up so they are obviously trying to protect themselves. I did NOT sign that and that is when I decided to leave my review here and put in a claim with the Better Business Bureau (make sure you go there before booking anything!!).That video that they showed me the day I walked through their doors was a complete fake. The video I received in the end (7 months later) was again so unprofessionally done. The videographer and the actual shots from the wedding were great but the service and editing were so horrendous that it ruined the whole experience. This whole experience made me feel like customer service is non-existent. It felt like I gave them my hard earned money away and they completely ignored my wishes, treated me poorly and presented me with really low quality work.

We hired Complete Weddings + Events for our DJ/MC, Photobooth & Lighting. All of my planning was done from another state, as i was having a destination wedding. Their online planning sheets were a life saver to keep all the information organized. I was able to meet in person a few days before the wedding to go over all the details. The cost was great & having the same vendor for multiple services saved me from a lot of stress. Our DJ/MC was FANTASTIC! He was organized & made sure we stayed within the timeline, kept the party going the entire time, played my requested songs & also made sure to play any guests requests. He was able to cater to an American-Hispanic wedding, which is not an easy task. The photobooth was exactly what i asked for. I received a thumb-drive as well as copies of each photo at the end of the reception. The lighting was the exact shade of blue i had requested & it really made such a difference to have up-lighting, it made the room look 1000 times better. I would definitely recommend COMPLETE! I had the most amazing experience using Complete for my wedding photography, dj, lighting, and photo booth. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Arturo was so helpful and wonderful at keeping track of all the little details. Amy and Tony were amazing photographers and kept the photo process running smoothly the whole day. Darron was the absolute best DJ and I keep getting more and more compliments about his skills at my wedding. Alan was great in the photo booth and we truly loved coming away with our photo booth album. Everyone was so professional and it was so helpful hearing from everyone before the wedding to finalize the little details. Honestly, I never leave bad reviews. It has taken me over a year to be able to do so. My husband and I hired Complete for our photography and videography. Awful expierience. Be cautious when you go to the office and they show you the beautiful videos and photos- that is NOT what they deliver. Its easy to get hyped on what they show you, because it is beautiful. To be honest, our photographers were great people but I think the way they run the business and how they deliver their photos is where they really lack. We received photos that were not edited, maybe just the ”auto edit” and general editing you can do without any photo editing experience. We received photos with a microphone and other objects completely covering our faces during the ceremony, and awful ”portrait” photos with dirty public backgrounds that were not edited at all. We tried talking and working with them but they really were not willing to give the right customer service and instead of providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond they would ask ”what would you like us to do?” and we would say a refund of some sort, or reshoot but to be honest the damage was done. You only have one wedding day. There was absolutely no follow up on trying to correct the situation which obviously shows us they were just talk and not really willing to really rectify.We literally have not posted our wedding photos because we are embarrassed to. Your wedding is so special, and these people are not ”cheap”- ESPECIALLY considering how they deliver. They might be a little less expensive then another reputable company, but its not worth the heartbreak of still paying a good amount and not having your beautiful day properly captured.

I used COMPLETE for my wedding back in January of 2016. The customer service was great, and Carl was very helpful with everything. He even called me on my 1 year anniversary to wish us a happy anniversary and make sure I was happy with all of the services I received from them.

All of the staff members from Complete were great! They all were very very nice and helpful. I will recommend your services in the future for anyone needing photos, dj, etc.

We had a really awful experience with this company. They were recommended to us through Signature Grand and we opted to move forward with them. First we received someone else’s video via link. After following up multiple times with the company, we were told that video was mailed two weeks ago and we have yet to receive it. After calling multiple times, we were told that maybe the mail got lost or there could have been other issues. Lastly, we were told that the USB with video will be shipped out today and tracking number will be provided. It’s frustrating to see this level of negligence and lack of customer service and professionalism. We wish there was an option for 0 star as we are completely dissatisfied.

Perfect to the T, Frank was extremely thorough, polite and accommodating. Able to turn on a dime at a moments notice and music selection was on point. Very happy we went with Complete.

We had Damon as our wedding DJ in December and he was amazing! Our friends and family still talk about how personable and fun he was. Not only did he play every song my husband and I requested (even unusual choices like Magic Dance from the movie Labyrinth, which was a surprise hit!), but he also understood the general feel of our guests and kept the party going strong. We were also impressed with a game he came up with. I am a vegetarian and my husband is not and the guests kept clinking their glasses for us to kiss right when my husband had a mouth full of meat. Damon could tell my reticence in engaging in this tradition and asked us if we trusted him. We agreed and he came up with a game for our guests: we would only kiss if the entire table sang us a song that had the word kiss in it--a way for them to earn it! Not only did every table participate, but many got so into it they were looking up songs on their phones and some even showed off some unknown and impressive singing skills. Overall, it was such a pleasure to have Damon at our event--he was by far one of the highlights of the night! -Catelin P.

Thank you Complete Media Event (Damon) for helping with my wedding. The DJ, Darron, was awesome. He played all the right music and I loved how he interacted with my guests and taught them how to do various line dances. The photographer, Walter, is very friendly and took every shot he could get. I love that he thinks I’m a natural *blush*. The videographer, William, you don’t even know he was there. He did not block my guests’ view of the wedding and the video came out beautiful. Damon, I will be recommending you to everyone, not just for weddings.

We booked an engagement shoot and wedding video/photo package with them. We had to cancel within the week due to other circumstances and they were not helpful in the least. Left three messages without reply from them, and when I finally reached them, the best they could do was a $25 credit. Understandable that the fee cant be refunded considering the short cancelation but wouldve appreciated a better compensation considering that no one called us back to confirm policy after multiple inquiries. Photographer was more accessible but she referred us to the office, who were not helpful. Smart business people know how to keep their customers, these folks did not leave us with that impression. Taking our wedding business elsewhere and still have yet to get a call back to numerous messages left.

Been working for this company twice, they were late for payment 2 month i wait to receive my pay check, it was always excises. they hire me for 35$ per hour than paid 17.5$ said that i was second shooter. Never ever recommend to work with them. horrible

Overall GREAT company. I hired them for photography, videography, DJ and Photobooth for my wedding. They also just did my maternity shoot. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I must say I was a little hesitant going to a place that was a one stop shop but I am so glad I did! I used complete for an engagement session, day of pictures, photo booth, Dj and video. Everyone I worked with and talked to from start to finish was polite, helpful and professional. Answered all of my questions, even at the oddest times. I am beyond happy with each and every service. My guests loved the DJ and photo booth guys! My photographer was there anytime I wanted him and the pictures came out great. Even the video we recieved was excellent. I couldnt have asked for anything different or anything more. I would recommend them to anyone!

By far the worst and not worth the money spent!! I used this company because the venue i was using for my wedding referred them. I thought how great it was to be able to have my photographer and videographer from the same company. The associate promised me everything and lied telling me things they offered that they never do. So things promised I didnt receive. The DJ was amateur the picture quality was horrible and the wedding video a complete mess. I wish I never used this company for my wedding. Id suggest using a different company.

We booked photo, video, Dj and lighting through Complete. We got a great deal for booking as a package. Tony, David, Darron and Ramon did a great job and payed attention to all the little details. It was also a really nice touch that Damon came out to make sure that everything was going smoothly.

I asked for a wedding videographer for my friends wedding, this company has no employees , they didnt know what kind of cameras are going to be used for filming.When I started to ask them about details they turned aggressive and started to back off, I would not ever contact them again.

The name explains it quite clearly. Complete media provides all the essential services that one must have to construct a wedding or any events. The DJ, photo-booth, lightening, photography and etc. Customer service friendly staff that are eagerly willing to resolve some misunderstanding. Highly recommend for any event planners to explore this entertainment option. My May 29th (2016) wedding is being talked about within my inner circle because of the workers attitude and professionalism (Alan, DJ Darron Faison, Tony, Ramon and David). Damon Russell cheated me out of my pay and has other complaints posted (on the internet) from other people who have been cheated also. I suggest you google the companys name before even thinking about using them. I have filed a complaint with the US Labor Dept because while others were paid $20 an hour for the same in-house event, I was cheated and paid $10 an hour and it was justified by calling it training. I was also cheated out of mileage and charged for a shirt I dont have.Meanwhile, I have been a photographer for nearly 40-years & have photographed nearly 400 weddings, I have built custom photo-booths from the ground-up, I have DJ-ed parties and events as far back as my college day and Im a certified computer network engineer...what training do they think I needed? This was a clear case of theft by them and it appears Complete Weddings & Events (in Fort Lauderdale) has a track recorded for this kind of thing. My advice...dont use them!
