I called here as I was told Custom Upholstery does the work for Colonial Ford. However when searching for the name it does not populate as that. So i called to verify and simply stated hi good morning are you the company that does the re-upholstering for colonial ford? the lady responded with a very sarcastic YUP like i was bothering her. I hung up and didnt even proceed with my question. Looks like ill just have to find a shop with some customer service members that arent bothered by a question.

THE WORST experience Ive EVER HAD!!!!!!Not to mention .......**➡️ the owner and his wife are the only 2 reviews here! ⬅️** so that means the!!! 5 star ratings are FAKE !!!They lack communication big time and their business ethics suck! They want more money than what’s been written on the invoice. My car sat there almost a whole year waiting for a complete makeover. They made ME do the searching for the fabric. When they had to do the legwork of finding the fabric, they complained because they had to pay a small fee to get the “sample” fabric. ~But wait ~ ISN’T THEIR BUSINESS called “CUSTOM AUTO INTERIOR” ????? How custom is it when you can only pick out of the old inventory?!?How hard is it to find a fabric that does exist because you’ve seen it but most fabrics are only available to shop owners or businesses.So that’s where they ( CIA ) are supposed to come in , right?!?!? They told me my car would be garaged 24/7 .... but when I arrived unannounced to see the status of work they said would be completed...( WHICH WAS NOT) my car was sitting behind the building covered in pollen and tree debris , along with whatever else that could possibly destroy an all original, still cherry from the year the car was built paint job. I could go on forever..............So WATCH OUT !!!!!!FYI ~ they would not give me my car unless I payed them more money!!! And it had to be CASH!!!!!!!That was not on the invoice either!!

They do excellent work. I have used them before in the past. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will come up with ideas to create what you are looking for.
