Jerry, the manager, was very kind and patient to explain the my vehicle’s problem. He didn’t push me to buy any products or services. I also felt very welcomed waiting in the store during repairs. They did the work repairing my exhaust pipes professionally and quickly. The charge for the repair was very reasonable and the service was provided in a timely manner. The appointment can be made via website, which is also very easy and convenient.

Got a four wheel alignment because my car pulls to the left and the steering wheel is just a little off, no difference after. Didn’t align it. No pride in their work and this is why I work on my own car. Unfortunately I don’t own a shop with the machine with lasers or whatever

I had brakes and rotors done here. Price was slightly better than local competitors. Signed up for rewards and got complimentary oil change with the points from this service. Honest, on-time, courteous. Only thing I could suggest that during pandemic that the mechanics mask up when bringing car out of bay when the work is done. I would definitely recommend this shop for brakes and regular service.

I easily booked the appointment online, for my wife’s car. Her flange had broken off one of her exhaust pipes, they were able to repair it by putting on a new flex flange kit and weld it on. The dealer wanted to charge her for a whole new exhaust system which was over $800. Meineke was able to do the job for $170, which obviously saved me a ton of money. When I arrived at the appointment, they took the car right in and explained the job and price, They were able to do the job within 30 minutes. Jerry was very knowledgeable and friendly, being that this was my first time there, I was very pleased with the service I had received. I plan to take my other vehicles there for any other future work needed.

Needed my brakes done ASAP... was going to wait until a Monday however noticed they were open on Saturday (the day after Christmas). I called and was told to come on down, they would help me out. Very professional, kind, courteous. Staff was wearing a mask. I was told two hours and the car was done in two hours. Great price and was even given a $50 discount for the brakes without even asking. I discovered a fuel leak on Saturday morning, & Jerry got me right in to check it out. He is very straightforward and honest, showed me where the problem was, & gave me a realistic best/worst-case scenario time and cost-wise. I walked in without an appointment. I was greeted and helped immediately. I asked if they give Veterans discount and I was told yes. I was given an estimate and time and the work was done as promised. I highly recommend them for service needs.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Highly untrusted and very untrained staff. I had an absolutely horrifying experience at this center. I was told my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and was billed $700+ for the service that put my life and many other lives in jeopardy. The day after my brakes were supposedly fixed I was driving down a hill and lost complete control of my car. I put my foot on the brake and the pedal touched the floor. I was terrified, scared and shaking. Thankfully I was able to coast to a stop on a very narrow highway, only to find my brakes were incorrectly installed and my rotors were literally hanging off my wheel. Look at the pictures and you will see for yourself. I could have had my children in the car, I could have killed someone else, or I could have been killed. When I called to tell the owner, he would not pay for a towing service to take my car to get it fixed. I am appalled by this particular branch, as well as Meineke in general. I will never trust them again. If you want decent service, I highly advise you to look otherwise.

I had to get my flex pipe replaced in my Toyota Solara. (This car is famous for this. My first Solara needed it too, they also did that job). Other places want to replace the whole exhaust which is $800-$1000 job, part alone is $500. Meineke was able to cut & welded just the flex part I needed, cost less than $200. On a 14 year old car with over 180,000 miles, $200 I could do. The place was very attentive & it was a pleasure to be served by them.

Jerry and his team were courteous, professional and on time. Completed exhaust repair of flex pipe and installed new catalytic converter bought separately they only did labor for the Catalytic converter job. I would definitely recommend.

We went late to get my car fixed and still these men were the nicest people there. They stayed well passed the closing time and they were not even mad. Then the man who was helping us knew our budget tight and he helped with the cost. I fully would recommend these people . When I reached Chris on the phone you gave me a thorough assessment of the time it would take to perform an oil change. When I went down the oil change was done speedily enough. Excellent 19.99 special was in effect. Invariably they came back with something wrong with the car. When I I looked into the garage they were using a pry bar on the bottom of the motor. Then they tell me my engine mounts need replacement. No show, just tell. I def felt better if he would have shown me what they are talking about while the car was on the lift. My son just had a transmission replaced 2 months ago and the transmission repair serviceman did not come report anything wrong with the mounts. They would have a vested interest reporting a bad engine mount because it would affect the transmission shops warranty. Then they gave me a quote for the engine mount repair work. I feel Ill have my regular mechanic check it first. I hope nothing unexpected happens now that Ive left the shop after they were rooting around underneath the motor with a pry bar. The stars are. for the oil change only.

They were one of the only shops willing to cut my bumper to fit quad exhaust tips and straight pipe my car. They didn’t charge extra to cut the bumper lip (i’ve been quoted 1000+ dollars for it)

I arrived on time for my appointment and was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. I went outside and asked someone for help or recognitiona they were clueless. There was another old guy sitting inside shaking his head. He said hes been there for over an hour and he didnt even know why. 3 bays open, only 1 used, but multiple employees in the garage area. Never again.

This is the most honest car care center I’ve ever been too, they told me they “think” my car needs this. Most places that have any thought of something wrong will jump on it for the money, even let me bring my own parts because I’m a loyal customer.

I got my radiator + brakes + gasket changed here for 700. The radiator price even online from Amazon or any retail is not even more than $60. I was charged 270 for it. + 4 hours labor where for 1 hour the guy working on my car was on lunch.
