Today I really needed technical assistance quickly and frantically called the Identillect phone number. One of the Implementation Specialist, Rebecca Castro, called me right back, but unfortunately I was not able to answer her call. She kindly left me a message going through the steps I would need to take and said to call her back if I needed anymore help.
